David came out, looked at my shower, (seriously, just looked at the shower and threw out a number and said he could do it the next week for xxx amount) and he was done. I asked for a written estimate detailing what steps would be taken since he couldn't tell me when he was at my home. He obviously was just the salesman and didn't know anything about this project. Other bids I received said that it would take a good week to repair and he said two days, which I found odd. Anyway, he called me the next day asking me if he could put me down for the next week to get his guys scheduled. Told him I was waiting for the detailed estimate-not detailed with $$, detailed as in the steps taken to repair. I never heard from him again. Ghosted. He wasted my time and made the company look really bad. He over promised and under delivered. It is a real shame as I have a lot of high profile clientele that I was going to give referral to had the project come out well. Now it will be the opposite. All he had to do is be honest and tell me he was incorrect and it couldn't be done. I felt as if I was being pushed into signing on the dotted line without knowing what I was signing. Once he knew he couldn't pull a fast one over me, he ghosted me. Not a good look for their business.

They said they had to crate the ice maker due to them getting damaged I. The shipping process. A few years back I had already bought the same ice maker edgestar IB650ss from another company and it was shipped perfectly in just the box through TForce freight. I told them that but they didn't want to hear that. So, wanting the ice maker I paid the extra crating charge of $350. Shocker, when it arrived , it was on a pallet with 3 plastic banding straps. This is a far cry from a crate and such a joke. I called a few times and nobody will call me back. Another Shocker!!! Stay away from these people.
