The manager, in particular, showed an impressive level of patience, professionalism, and composure while dealing with an extremely challenging customer. He remained calm, communicated clearly and respectfully, and never allowed the situation to escalate despite being treated poorly. It takes a lot of patience and emotional intelligence to handle a situation like that while still looking out for your staff and maintaining a professional environment. Great leadership deserves to be recognized, and I hope the company knows they have someone representing their business very well. The manager and staff deserve a lot of credit for how professionally they carry themselves.

Our server, Alexandra, was simply superb so wanted to give credit where credit is due. Any great restaurant should have their very own version of Alexandra.
