Niemeyer doesn't have a huge staff...we worked directly with Jim Niemeyer. There was no pressure, no add-on sales tactics...just a small business doing business the right way. We brought the trailer up there 2 days early and giving them enough time to work on it. When dropping it off we requested service on the generator. The service manager told us ok and no problem. When we arrived to pick up the trailer we were surprised and informed nothing was done. As we explained the gravity of our situation we were met with comments " I don't care and new sales were more important". As well as "if you don't like it call the owner". It's obvious that arena trailer sales is only interested in new sales and you are in your own for service. We strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your trailer needs.
