Take a look at the picture. No waitress should be bringing this to a patron. Look at this picture and make your own decision. Zoom in to the top of the plate, what is that? I did ask to have my toast darker but I did not want to send my whole plate back because my wife was already eating her breakfast. When I was paying my bill, I was asked how was everything and I explained that my breakfast was cold. The manager or owner came over asked a few questions and apologized. I said it's not your fault and I'm not looking to have anything comped. I just made the statement that I came in for a hot breakfast and I got a cold one.
