But there was always someone (Often the same woman) who reached out to me and tried to make it right and seemed genuine. However recently its gotten worse and same guy i deal with on phone or email sounds very stoned or at best way too laid back when it comes to handling problems. My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. Theres infinite companies that sell same products without the hassle. I accepted that too late, felt comfortable sticking with people i dealt with for years but that was a mistake. Sells fake puff bars. Be forewarned!…read more I usually buy my puff bars from 7Eleven for $15 which is a little pricey so when I saw this shop sold them for $10 I figured it was worth an extra 4 minute walk. The guy working there was decent, CDC compliant and friendly enough. I bought here one time before, mint puff bar but didn't check if it was verified. I came back a second time and bought a strawberry puff bar. Right off the bat the packaging had a different colored font, then when I opened it up the color of bar itself was much darker than normal. Feeling a little skeptical I wanted to check the verification code and sure enough a warning popped up saying that either someone had entered this code before or it was a knockoff. Obviously I took off three stars because of the counterfeit products. This can be very dangerous because you never know what kind of chemicals they include or what the quality will be. I would NOT come back to this location and I would NEVER recommend it. I guess it is worth the extra $5 to know its a real product. Overall 1 out of 10 stars. COMPANY RESPONSE: "Hi Danielle you bought strawberry banana flavor today and you asked if it was legit or not i said yes you tried and said it was good so im not sure why you upload a strawberry puff bar picture telling that its fake and its from us" UPDATE IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE: "Hello Gor, You have me confused with another customer. This review may have been posted today but I purchased this "puff bar" on Friday. I did not open it in the store and it was strawberry, not banana strawberry. I also would not ask if it were fake, because I would not assume that. I am stating in this review that it is counterfeit because when I enter the verification code the warning picture, which I included in this review came up. No one had entered it previously because I scratched off the code when I got home. That is very concerning. Is there another explanation as to why that would have popped up?" I am no lemming so, I wanted to see for myself and then opine. The dispensary walls upon entering are jam-packed with every cannabis related option available from edibles, flower, accessories, vapes, pre-rolls, drinks etc and frankly, it was a bit overwhelming! They do accept credit cards which is not always the case at other dispensaries and that definitely was a plus. The Bud-tenders were knowledgeable and helpful. Another plus! Prices are VERY reasonable! Walking into the open lounge area, we only could sit at a high-top table which was not ideal. My friend who I went with immediately asked to be in a cabana $150 for 90 minutes ( which is a glassed in room that was beautifully appointed with comfortable seating, fantastic vibes and privacy)... there are many private rooms for parties at a cost. Otherwise, people sat at tables, smoked and joked, and seemed quite happy... They have 2 large gorgeous, blue parrots that hang out ( well looked after by the staff)... tbh, these beautiful creatures scared me a little, but they are all part of the experience!!! 2 of my friends showed up and we all sat in our cabana for 90 minutes having a blast!!! We all enjoyed ourselves and we laughed and laughed and laughed with one another the entire time! The products were great to share with each other! Having said all this, the big question is "will I return ?" The answer is probably not any time extra soon... It was a great experience, and I am so happy I checked it out. I remain open to visiting again on any special occasion or when friends are visiting! IT IS QUITE WORTH DOING!!!
