My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. Theres infinite companies that sell same products without the hassle. I accepted that too late, felt comfortable sticking with people i dealt with for years but that was a mistake. I came back a second time and bought a strawberry puff bar. Right off the bat the packaging had a different colored font, then when I opened it up the color of bar itself was much darker than normal. Feeling a little skeptical I wanted to check the verification code and sure enough a warning popped up saying that either someone had entered this code before or it was a knockoff. Obviously I took off three stars because of the counterfeit products. This can be very dangerous because you never know what kind of chemicals they include or what the quality will be. I would NOT come back to this location and I would NEVER recommend it. I guess it is worth the extra $5 to know its a real product. Overall 1 out of 10 stars. COMPANY RESPONSE: "Hi Danielle you bought strawberry banana flavor today and you asked if it was legit or not i said yes you tried and said it was good so im not sure why you upload a strawberry puff bar picture telling that its fake and its from us" UPDATE IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE: "Hello Gor, You have me confused with another customer. This review may have been posted today but I purchased this "puff bar" on Friday. I did not open it in the store and it was strawberry, not banana strawberry. I also would not ask if it were fake, because I would not assume that. Um this place sucks! the guy is a scammer! I walked in the other day with my friend to buy a bong and a battery for my vaporizer cartridge. the clerk came up to us trying to sell us all this random stuff that we didn't need, then he asked to try my vaporizer cartridge so me being a nice guy I let him try it.. during all this time I could tell that this guy was very very drunk the smell of alcohol was so strong on his breath! After we made the purchase the clerk said that if we make a good review on yelp you will hook us up with a nice pipe and then he pointed at really nice pipe in his glass case. So I said OK I'll make a review I'll come back and will choose the pipe. After made a good review I came back and this guy said that people give him review was out of the bottom of their hearts and I can have this three dollar pipe but he could give me a discount on the the nice pipes that he pointed to when he told me initially to make the review!:-/ so yeah I'm never going back there again fuck you Guy thanks for the shitty pipe!! read more

Love this place. I recently decided to switch smoke shops. My old shop doesn't have some of the more potent e-juices I like and this shop carries them. Went in to get a mid-range vaporizer and the guy that helped me - didn't catch his name - explained the different models, options and how they work. I decided on a particular vape, and after I paid, he unboxed it, showed me how to fill it and made sure it was working. Well - the power adaptor wouldn't fit into the unit and the buttons were stuck. (This was a manufacturing problem and not any fault of the guys in the store. The box was still sealed from the factory ....) So he gave me the next higher-up model for the same price. WIN! He tested the second one as well and it worked perfectly. Way to make a customer happy. So what I learned is 1. these guys are cool AF and want their customers to be happy and 2. ALWAYS test a vape you've purchased before you leave the store. They are my new neighborhood smoke shop. Friendly, patient and reasonably priced. read more

one of the best smoke shops I have ever been too, great variety of supplies for a very reasonable price, I was passing by that place when i was on my vacation in LA and I needed some hookah tobacco and cole, the guy that works there is very very friendly great customer service, he helped me pick the best choice for me for whatever my budget was. makes you feel like you own the shop. I will def recommend this place for anybody looking for an amazing services great products and not sky high prices. i wish i can give this place more than 5 stars because it deserves it. Honestly the best experience I had when walking into a smoke shop. I'm always on the move and whenever I need it quick I can come in get whatever I need and get out happy. Even when I have a lot of free time on my hands I'll come in talk and interact with the workers. There are 3 gentleman that work here and I've interacted with all of them and always a great time and always getting what you need, always have inventory never out when I come in. I happened to be walking down Melrose ave on a sunny Sunday, i walked in to this little smoke shop and i was happy to see these kind of shops are still around. a unique old school smoke shop. I bought a pack of parliament light and it was $6.10. The guy working there is a cool guy. he told me to try the electronic Cigarette to help me quit smoking regular cigs as i mentioned my complains about not being able to stop. Im waiting for my paycheck next week and i will defiantly be back. Over all a very good shop read more

I was walking on Melrose street for entertainment and i walked by Melrsoe smoke shop. i came in to the store to take a look at what merchandise they have. As i walked in Odai greeted me and made me feel comfortable. They have a lot of products and anything you can ask for, from small pipe pieces to high technology Vaporizers. They have a GREAT selection of Roar bongs and pipes and that really caught my attention. Great prices for the products they have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Honestly, this place has been around for as long as i can remember! 8 years or so. Every time i go there they please me with great customer service and make me feel like a "Guest" not a regular person. They provide ALL types of pipes, water pipes, bongs with all brands. Speaking of hookah and tobacco, ALL kinds of hookah are provided, ALL types of hookah tobacco is also provided. They recommend whats best for you and what satisfies you. 10/10 hands down. read more

While the majority of the floor is devoted to 420 stuff they did have a humidor with a good selection of cigars. There was only one person working there and he was taking care of customers so I waited a bit but once he wrapped up he was helpful and friendly. I let him know that while I have smoked a few cigars I was by no means knowledgeable so he recommended me some cigars and then threw one in just for me. I ended up needing more so I came back a few days later, was recognized and I bought some more of the same cigars. My friends who I gave them to appreciated the flavor and I liked my gratis cigar.
