Sold me a faulty vape that continues hitting when not using it so I came back to return it and they denied me saying once you leave the store it's no longer their issue and said they can only give me 10 dollars off the next . Then I purchase a new one and it does the same thing .still didn't let me swap or return either . I've been coming here for years and it will be the last time . Prices are low, great selection of vapes exotic candy all the other goodies you could dream of. Eliot and Theo are phenomenal. I love coming here for good prices and good vibes. Guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me or say anything to me when I walked in the store. Nobody else was there. He was just swaying to his music in his earbuds and I felt very unwelcome. They also don't have any flavored vape juice, just clear and tobacco. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the employee, and they didn't have the one item I went there for (flavored vape juice) which most vape stores should carry. read more

AVOID THIS BUNK/SHADY AF VAPE SHOp. Unfortunately got jacked paying over 27$ for FLUM vape that didn't work. It just blinked. In my scrubs dying for nicotine on my break, I had it for less than 1 minute and as I stepped outside to hit it, it just blinked. When asking why they are always changing prices, the lady said bc the manager wasn't there. Suddenly when i communicated that my vape didn't work i was accused of lying and suddenly the manager this dude who clearly wasn't, stepped in and went off on policy blah blah blah. I paid 27) for a vape that didn't work and they did nothing to make it right. I will never recommend these shady clowns at this particular shop. I vape A LOT, by far this shop is the worst i've encountered EVER in los angeles. Spare yourselves and go to honest, quality shop. I really like this place. They have all kinds of smoke goodies, and Adam always greets me by name super friendly staff overall. I go there daily for some CBD drinks, but they have all options from blunts to paper or just wraps. They are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. A Nord2 Vape is commonly found for 39.99. I have had many of them and have never paid more. A 30 ml juice and Nord2 vape was almost $90.00!! Due to Covid, I have been put in a situation where I am very limited on where I can buy. The man who helped me was not only very rude but their Covid set up was in disarray and the store looked awful. I asked why the price was so high and his response was basically- ' I don't care, you can go somewhere else.' After coming to this store for many years and spending hundreds of dollars every month, I had a truly distressing experience at this store due to a worker's shocking and completely unacceptable behavior. The worker was physically aggressive and abusive, which is absolutely unacceptable in any customer-service setting. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior when all I expected was a safe and respectful shopping environment. No customer should ever have to endure such treatment. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure the safety and well-being of all customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone after witnessing such behavior. At the end he pulled a taser and threatened to tase me. I am sorry for the owner for having a mentally unstable employee. He is lucky I didn't press charges on him! Be careful coming there when owner is not there. read more

I recently saw this store open while driving down La Cienega. I called in to see if they had mango Juul pods. A gentleman by the name of Elliot picked up the phone. He was very friendly and assured me that they had it. I was shocked to see that they had the mango flavor, since it's hard to find now. I went into the store. There was convenient parking in the back and I just walked in from their back entrance. They had every flavor of Juul pods available. They also had a wide selection of CBD products, which Elliot was very knowledgeable about and helped me choose the best one. Great service and great products! read more
