I did a ton of research when l started looking for a personal trainer and interviewed several trainers in person. While they were all great in their own right, Lenora stood out among the rest. She has a solid education backing her training up and truly approaches it in a holistic way, which was exactly what I was looking for. So far she has helped me greatly!
