First week was really hard both mentally and physically, it was weird I never did this before, my first diet ever, I had no idea what changes would occur. I struggled and my first follow up email to Stacy was a "hangry" one! Second week I started adjusting and most of annoying symptoms were gone. I am very headstrong and hate being deprived of anything I love especially food....
