There is no ability to leave a V/M message at the listed offices in which no one ever answers, and the emailed bill has no information nor amount, does not have an access code to pay the bill, which only comes via a paper bill, that we have never received, so no ability to access the billing portal, and, the billing company also has no live contact, with a recorded message to contact the Doctor with any billing questions. This has been ongoing for MONTHS. Responding to the email sent, gets an automated return response stating that the email is not monitored, and not to respond to the email by answering, but no warning prior to sending the email is noted. Apparently this has been ongoing for some time now with multiple similar other patients.

The staff REFUSED TO READ THE AUTH. They had to go back to the VA which took months. Diagnostics are preauthorized. The staff refused to look for it and in the end got several letters telling them it was preauthorized. This was early OCTOBER! End result, I did not get the MRI until Feb or March! WTF! So their being lazy denied me care for five to six months. The Dr. requested PRT plasma rich therapy. It was aproved. AWESOME! Again their staff didn't have it, I had to download my records and send it to them and call the VA to resend it. No problem right? WRONG! I can hardly walk by then and its only gotten worse now. The Dr only gives me steroid injections that no longer work. Whats the point? Last visit, I say good news, and ask, "So what is the treatment plan?" \ She begins ranting, when I bring up the PRT, "The VA authorized it, but they won't pay it...they won't pay what its worth." WTF? You have an auth and a contract. She now says, "Amniotic therapy is what I want to do, but you have to pay for it. Because the VA won't!" WTF! She had an auth that was aproved and now she doesn't want to do it and wants to do something that is not and that insurance won't cover to be paid under the table. That is highly questionable. I again ask, "What is the treatment plan." Again she rants, "I ordered braces and that which you will have to pay for....thats the plan." To date there have been no requests for braces and no request for additional care. At the conclusion of that apt, I ask, "So how long before a followup" she replies, "As needed" that is not an answer. Since steroids no longer work and there are no requests for braces or other care. So she is doing unethical practices in my book. Buyer Beware! I have reported them to the inspector general and they are now very interested.

A doctor saw me after a nurse assisted with the basics I did schedule another appointment on my way out, knowing that I wouldn't show up and would be looking for a new podiatrist. First impressions are important and when someone walks through the door, especially a customer they should be greeted in assisted you should get on your personal cell phones on your personal time not during business because of this this doctor lost a customer.

I took them back saying that I already had a pair at home that were the same and they wouldn't give me a refund even though I never used them, the second time I saw him he did the same thing, he still tried to get me to buy another pair! When I told him about me not getting a refund he just ignored me and kept talking about other things, I have only gone to this Dr because my primary Dr referred me and he is covered by my insurance, I am going to find another Dr and go to him even if he is not covered by my insurance, I still have a problem with my foot and did not get any help from this Dr, if you want someone to chat with he's the one, if you want a Dr to help you with a problem with your feet and want a diagnosis of what the problem is and how to fix it go find another Dr, this one will not help you at all except sell you some insoles for $50.
