I took my mother here for a "corn" that wasn't going away and which was causing her a great deal of discomfort. Dr. Nguyen diagnosed it as a wort and shaved off a few layers of dead skin, and prescribed a topical cream. After a few visits and a switch to a stronger topical medication the wort finally disappeared. The office staff is friendly and welcoming, and took care of billing my mother's insurance. Now I just take her in for nail trims every 2 months, also covered by insurance, and she is very happy.

There is no ability to leave a V/M message at the listed offices in which no one ever answers, and the emailed bill has no information nor amount, does not have an access code to pay the bill, which only comes via a paper bill, that we have never received, so no ability to access the billing portal, and, the billing company also has no live contact, with a recorded message to contact the Doctor with any billing questions. This has been ongoing for MONTHS. Responding to the email sent, gets an automated return response stating that the email is not monitored, and not to respond to the email by answering, but no warning prior to sending the email is noted. Apparently this has been ongoing for some time now with multiple similar other patients.

I first seen Dr George in August of 2025 with a partially compressed torn ligament and for one whole year he's been feeding me Norcos and percocets and have been giving corticosteroids shots in my ankle. Other than that the doctor made promises he did not keep. I was never referred out despite him saying on multiple occasions he's referring me to other specialists. It never happened. So what i gather from this injury is this. Nobody believes you and they do just enough. All the doctors lie the nurses lie the attorneys lie and basically if you're injured and they dont fix it you're screwed for life. So don't believe or trust anybody to do what they say they will do.
