Where do I begin. I arrived 10 minutes early since this was my first visit and knew I would have paperwork to fill out. I signed in and waited to be called and nothing, so at 10:30 I got up to let them know I was there for an appointment. The girl put her phone down and then proceeded to assist me. I was taken to a room. A doctor saw me after a nurse assisted with the basics I did schedule another appointment on my way out, knowing that I wouldn't show up and would be looking for a new podiatrist. First impressions are important and when someone walks through the door, especially a customer they should be greeted in assisted you should get on your personal cell phones on your personal time not during business because of this this doctor lost a customer. read more

This office is in what looks like a condemned building. The waiting room was old outdated and smelled awful. The girls working there were unable to figure out how to verify my insurance and after sitting there for over an hour one of them handed me back my license and insurance card and told me to figure it out myself that I couldn't be seen without verification. The staff all stand around in the front office laughing and chit chatting while people are waiting to be seen. The whole office felt run down dirty and mismanaged. I do not recommend this place. Awful service from the staff. I don't know about the doctor. I couldn't even get that far. NO ONE EVER has had difficulty verifying my insurance. I work for my insurance company. Years ago, my mother was a patient of Dr. Tsutsumi, at that time, he operated on her for an arthritic toe. This Dr. is so conservative, he did not use Lidocaine upon removal of a pin, in which it caused my mother great pain. In late 2024, she started becoming a patient of the Dr. again, after a visit to the Er for Cellulitis of the toe. Her Primary recommended she have her toenails trimmed by the Dr. as a precaution. Despite my reluctance, I returned to this office. My mother used the services for toenail trimming only. My mother is not a diabetic. But I recently received a copy of her Medicare Billing, and it seems the last two visits the Dr. office has been charging my mother's insurance for debriding of a diabetic wound, an una boot, and a short leg case, which is all false. She just briefly sees the doctor, and the Girls in the office trim her toenails. The last time they cut the large toe so badly, she had intensive bleeding; if she were a diabetic, it could have easily gotten infected. I would recommend staying away from this practice. read more

My mother in law has had pain in her feet for years and every time we go to a doctor they just give her a cortisone shot, even though we complain it doesn't work they never did anything about it. After a fee different doctors we tried Dr tsutsumi and he steered us in the right way. He did surgery on her and after years of pain she completely feels nothing but comfort. I visited Dr. Tsutsumi's Corona office today as a new patient. I arrived 30 minutes early and was promptly greeted at the front desk. The paperwork is short and easy to fill out. I was taken into a room shortly agter my scheduled appointment time and waited pehaps 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Tsutsumi is a pleasant man and he was very attentive to my history and his exam was quick and relatively painless. My x-rays, doppler and ultrasound-guided injection were all completed in office after which we discussed a treatment plan to fit my schedule and needs. I truly feel that he cares about my life outside of his office and that he did his best to accomodate that without compromising the effectiveness of his treatment. I was fitted for - and left with - a walking boot and I feel confident that our plan will lead to a good outcome. All of Dr. Tsutsumi's staff are as pleasant as he is: they work well together and mad my experience as enjoyable as any doctor visit can be expected to be.
