I have suffered chronic sinusitis for my whole life. I have taken every spray, steroid, and prescription drug known to man to alleviate this issue to no avail. I met with Dr. B a month ago. Without asking he knew that I had taken medications and they were responsible for my trouble among other things. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro.
