I started going to Dr Nguyen about 6 years ago. I was having trouble with stiffness in my hips. He knew exactly what to do to help and within weeks I was feeling great improvement. DO NOT use this office for student athlete physicals. I called them last Friday and was told they do athletic physicals for $56. I took my son and got one done. After we were done, the receptionist told me they didn't have a stamp with their new address. I uploaded the physical form to the school. The next week I was told the form needed to have a stamp for it to be approved. The receptionist said I could come in and they would use their old stamp. I drove all the way back to their office just to be told they don't have their old stamp. Then I called CNUSD and was told they do not accept physicals done by chiropractors. So I wasted $56 dollars and now have to pay another $50 to have one done by an approved clinic. read more

This review is long overdue! Went to Dr. Nguyen for shoulder pain that was only getting worse each time I worked out. He said there was alot of built up scar tissue that needed to be dissolved. I followed his recommended plan, which consisted of scraping the shoulder and physiotherapy. Yes, the shoulder scraping was very painful and left me with bruises but after a few visits I started to finally feel relief. After a few months, I was pain free and had regained mobility in my shoulder. The girls working at the office are very sweet and always helpful. This was probably the worst experience is a couple of levels. First, they said they did a prior authorization and that I would not incur charges for one of his therapies. My insurance did not pay him for that therapy. I would have never agreed to pay for this therapy if he would have told me it would be out of pocket. Secondly, I know they are motivated to make money, but the constant upselling of services makes this feel very salesy and not like a visit to another healthcare practicioner such as an MD, NP, PA, dentist or physical therapist. I question their honesty and integrity after having them mislead me into thinking they did a prior authorization when they clearly did not. read more

We love this place! ALL of the staff are amazing. Dr. Nguyen gets an A+. We started here with a referral for my daughter from a soccer teammate. Within 1 visit her lower back pain was lessened significantly. We received a thorough explanation of why there was pain to begin with and what steps needed to be taken to relieve it completely. We continued bringing her to Dr. Nguyen for maintenance because we love him that much. My husband began seeing Dr. Nguyen not too long after my daughter. He not only felt relief in his back, but also in his shoulder after explaining that his rotator cuff had always bothered him since HS. Same for the tightness in his calves. After experiencing a lot of back pain myself (but being terrified of going to a chiropractor), I finally decided to try out this place. Dr. Nguyen listened to me and my concerns and then proceeded in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. He was gentle and explained everything along the way. I found this place on a day that I awoke and suddenly had no strength in my left leg..??.. I had no idea why.. I called this place because I have seen it about a couple miles from where I live. I came to Dr. Nguyen with multiple chief complaints. I had two bad shoulders from weight lifting and sports, a bad knee from a previous surgery, and general back pain. Dr. Nguyen was able to treat each part of my body independently and identify posture issues that he believed was contributing to the pain.
