Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

But I've waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get a room, not even considering actually speaking with the doctor. The doctor recommended a medication that's not covered under insurance as a first go -WTH. My insurance denied my request for imaging due to lack of medical information by the doctors; the insurance stated what needed to be said which - is the whole point of why I am being seen. Every follow up with the office, I was told it was submitted etc. yet I received the actual paperwork and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with my insurance that this was handled. They think they have passive patients who will let this stuff slide. If you want to be seen timely and get what you need, I wouldn't recommend at all! I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but I'd give a -1 star if I could.

I checked in for an appointment 10 minutes earlier and my estimated wait time was 27-42 minutes even though I had an appointment. They send you a text message before your assigned appointment explains that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. But when you arrive they want your payment upfront. Should waive payment if they are over 10 minutes from your assigned appointment. However, their monitor is very inaccurate and misleading as it informs you in real-time what approximate wait time is. The problem is that is was way off. I was not called into the office until 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then it took another 19 minutes for the physician to see me in the exam room. Dr was friendly and I diagnosed and exited the room after 2 minutes after being seen. A couple observations were made from this experience. 1. You are better off getting a better wait time but reporting in person and returning. 2. Just go to ER. I did not see the benefit for making an online appointment. Total waste of time! This is so sad because the VA contracts with this establishment and after this experience I am writing to the VA to inform that they should not renew and future contracts if this is how they treat veterans! I literally could have waited less by driving to the VA hospital ER and getting a better treatment.

I have been dealing with back pain for a long time and have consulted countless doctors and tried all kinds of different medicine and treatments. Dr.'s would convince me to pay for additional services and medications that left me feeling worse than when I came in. They would spend at most 10 minutes talking to me and send me off with huge bill. I have never done chiropractic before until my daughter recommended it to me. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nguyen, and I have never made a better decision! The check-in process was quick and the staff was kind and welcoming. He spent a long time getting to know my history and my back pain. He began adjusting my back and I instantly felt less pressure and tension. He did not put me on medication or make me pay extra for unnecessary treatments. His treatment was effective and I felt so much relief! I had less tension in my back and the stiffness was greatly reduced! He taught me exercising moves and stretches to help reduce pain in my back and maintain a better posture. He was teaching me ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle and how to have a better diet. I was surprised at how much he cared about me. Amazing Care! I've gotten treated here for so many different issues (shoulder, hip, back, knee). I used to run track and cross country and also did swim so I have sustained multiple injuries and Dr.Nguyen has been the only Dr to be able to figure out the root cause of my issues and give me a treatment plan and exercises to help me function better in my day to day life. If I could give Dr. Nguyen 10 stars I would. I went with Dr. Nguyen right when he opend his office and haven't been to any other Chiropractor ever since. I can't thank him enough for his help. The first time I went to him I had a severe piriformis pain that wasn't letting me walk without holding myself to something. He made the pain disappear within 2 months of his treatment. Before finding Dr. Randi, I had a bad experience at a chiropractic chain where a chiropractor was too rough and left me with what felt like a sprained rib. It was pretty traumatic, and I was hesitant to try chiropractic care again. But after a friend recommended Dr. Randi, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Randi has been amazing at addressing my concerns, especially considering my anxiety after that bad experience. She's helped immensely with my aura migraines, which stem from viral encephalitis I had back in 2012, and her TMJ treatments have also made a huge difference. The office itself is great too--there's always a soothing scent from the essential oil diffusers, which really sets a calming atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and always takes the time to explain each treatment and what to expect, so you feel completely comfortable. I'll admit, Iris, one of the staff members, is a friend of mine, so I might be a little biased, but she's awesome, and the whole team is just as welcoming! If you're looking for a chiropractor or wellness care, I highly recommend Dr. Randi and her team at Inner Qi. They're the best!!!

I would go in wait for 30 min and get adjusted in 2 minutes and then was told to come back three times a week. Here they take care of you. They do more than just adjusting. They relax the muscles with cupping and shocking that way after you're adjusted the muscles don't pull everything back to where it was. It's very relaxing and helpful.
