The company gets very good reviews on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) site, which is a 50+ year old respected consumer advocacy organization. The only hiccup in the check out was that you can't select the Apple Pay button as it give an error. Easy ordering experience! Haven't received the lamp yet, but will post an update when I do. Update: The lamp looks pretty good, but the head creaks a lot when you try to adjust it. Since it's a directional lamp, I imagine we will want to adjust it pretty often. Overall it feels cheap and the head doesn't have much play in any direction. I'm actually leaving this review for wishbone chairs I purchased from Bespoek 2 years ago. I just ordered another one and am prompted to leave a review for a promo. But for what it's worth, I did like it enough to keep ordering as I build up my dining collection! I do think for the price, bespoek's worksmanship is the best I've seen. The chair has elegant tapers and retains all the original wishbone chair's beautiful details, unlike some of the simpler ones on Article or Wayfair. The wood grain is beautiful. Though one of the chairs I received did have some inconsistencies in the wood grain. E.g., all the wood is ash but one of the chair's horizontal supports is a darker wood tone than the next. But overall I think they offer really good value for a design chair and doesn't skimp on the finer details for the chair arm arc and supports. I'll be looking to eventually purchase 3 more chairs from bespoek to round out a larger dining table. Ordering and shipping is easy. Last time it arrived in a massive box and all I had to do was cut down the box and there was the chair in full assembled glory. Very easy process. read more

I bought some chairs from ByBespoek as well (cheaper, wishbone chairs) and am having issues with them. They do not accept returns and have not offered me any type of alternative. I tried to clean a chair that had the most mild stain on it and from cleaning it with a nonabrasive soap somehow it turned into a horrible yellow stain. They all have acted like idiots and have offered zero assistance. Their site says they have aftercare assistance, to answer questions, blah blah blah but yet they keep telling me their chairs cannot be cleaned with anything. They bounced me around via email for 2 weeks just to say they cannot do anything for me. The chair is 6 months old. I also never received a so called "after care specialist", despite their site touting that. Their products are fine unless you have an issue with it. I wish i had seen these reviews before purchase. We bought the wishbone chairs and one if them broke where the back meets the bottom. The '3 year guarantee' does not actually cover any part if the chair. Customer service was not helpful and suggest to use some furniture glue then sent a paragraph about thier furniture is not for outdoor use. We never put these outdoors, we don't even have outdoor space. Nor do we have children or dogs that would damage furniture. Its frustrating how they chose to deal with this and the words they chose. BEWARE buy at your own discretion and be prepared for no support. read more

I wished I found this company or searched in Yelp before making my purchase. I found Bespoek via instagram and was attracted by the SPRING SALE advertisement "The Lounge" chair. (Replica of the Charles & Ray Eames Lounge chair) I was aware of it not being an original and the fact it was only at a fraction of what an original would cost. Because of the sale price, I ended up ordering 2 chairs that included the matching ottoman. I received one chair w the ottoman in White Italian Leather / Ash wood. However, the package did not include any hardware or allen wrench as described in the instructions. Therefore, I was not able to assemble the chair. I contacted Bespoek customer service to ship me missing hardware. This in itself was a challenge to get someone to return my calls or email. It was back and forth trying to get a response to my needs. I was given a runaround and once I got an answer, I was finally told it will take 10 weeks for me to receive the missing hardware! 10 weeks! I requested that the hardware should be taken from a chair that they had in stock and replace that later w the one they receive in 10 weeks so at least I can assemble and enjoy my chair sooner. Their response was; "We would not be able to ship the hardware from the warehouse, only from the factory so the delivery would be 10 weeks." I have already paid both chairs upfront and paid in full! Be for-warned that if you use a credit card to pay for your purchase, make sure it doesn't charge you for international fee (2% of your total purchase price). It was not disclosed by Bespoek that they are an international business and would affect fee transaction. Their business on IG shows that their office is located in Laguna Beach, CA USA. It was not disclosed until I received my bank statement showing an added international fee by Bespoek of $39.50 (2% of total purchase). I contacted customer service at Bespoek and informed them that an international fee transaction would be applied for credit card purchase. I demanded a refund but was turned down and was told it was not received by Bespoek but by my bank. I still feel it was Bespoek's responsibility to disclose that to their customers that they are an international company and international fees may be added to their purchase price when using a credit card payment. In the mean time, I was told that the second chair, Black Italian Leather / Palisander wood was in back order and is arriving from their overseas factory therefore it will take about 4 weeks until it reaches their USA warehouse. Then another 5-7 days to be delivered to me. I just hope this chair includes all the needed hardware and tool to assemble it! Customer service is very unsatisfactory and contacting them is very difficult and slow to respond. I will update review once I receive second chair and if ever I receive the hardware for the first chair. I just want to enjoy my new chairs already! read more
