She contacted SCE and fortunately they were able to come out same day. Turns out her electric panel for her house was at risk of catching fire which could have essentially burned down her entire house. We used All Thingz Electric to upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amp and they did a fine job in August 2024. Lately we found out that the EV charger was not providing 48 amps as we contemplated and we asked Anthony for supplemental work to upgrade it. Although it took a few days for Anthony to get back to us, he did come through. Robert and Andrew came earlier than noticed. They did everything per code and as requested. The Tesla Universal Wall Connector and 60 amp breaker switch were installed professionally. Robert explained to us what materials were used and how it was connected. Also he let us know that the original 40 amp breaker switch is now reserved for other use such as solar in the future. He made a point of reminding us that it is important to keep the Tesla connector security key in a safe place so we could use it later. Andrew was also polite and professional, they both worked expeditiously and cleaned up well. The wall connector is now working and we later connected it to our home wi-fi. The critical thing is Anthony sent his crew back to do the corrective work as promised, the work crew was efficient and did everything pursuant to code and provided explanation. We highly recommend All Thingz Electric to anyone who considers electrical work to include upgrade of their electrical panels. In our experience, they do stand behind their work. Our 1960 electrical panel was starting to see its last days. Over the course of the last few years, we have added lighting to our yard + solar panel + electric vehicle slow drip charge. Once power issues started creeping on us, we knew it was time to retire the 64-year-old panel and pay a pretty penny to save our home. We turned to yelp. The first company that we found came by and let us know that we would have to break cement (by the way, this is new cement that had just been done a year ago) in order to install this new electrical panel. We decided to go for a second opinion. Enter All Thingz Electric. Anthony was at our house two days after the initial contact, and kept it real. Our panel was recalled decades ago, and we had been living with a fire hazard. (What?! That was never mentioned to us by the first company we contacted.) I asked Anthony about the cement...and I'm SO glad we got a second opinion, because no cement needed to be broken. My husband showed Anthony a wiring problem that we also had, and he immediately fixed it on the spot. No extra charge. That's when I knew we were dealing with someone absolutely ethical and full of work ethic. Anthony's big plan for our home included not just the breaker panel, but also an Electric Vehicle charger (at an incredibly lower price than what two other companies had quoted us). After waiting for SCE to clear the way, Anthony's team came by and began the project. While they were there, they noticed that our cords under our home were unprotected and untied (they fixed that). Anthony responded quickly and came out for an estimate to install a 240V receptacle for EV charger. My main electric panel is packed and Anthony provided a couple of options to work around AFCI requirements. We scheduled and he came back two days later with an assistant to complete the job which involved installing a couple of AFCIs in the house. He was diligent in making sure that the lead outlets were correctly identified and replaced with AFCIs. He then installed my Wallbox and attached it to the 240V receptacle he put in. We had a problem with a switch to an exterior patio light fixture that had to be traced through a wall and ceiling that had very expensive custom paint and finish. He had to exercise extra care so as not to damage anything. Once the source of the problem was discovered and validated he had to crawl through our attic and access a connection that was nearly impossible to physically reach.
