I came here a year ago not knowing what I was going to do with my hair before starting a new and very important part of my life and was patiently attended to by Cecy and Chris. Cecy gave me a cut and color that changed my look completely and even after my color turned brassy, with a few trips and advice I was able to style my hair in a way that I felt was flattering, grown out roots and all! I went back recently to dye it back to dark and go back to get it styled every now and again. My hair is growing healthily and I feel good, very welcomed whenever I come in. The clientele sometimes consists of sweet elderly ladies ready to hype you up once you hop off the seat so be advised! Don't let that deter you though, the place is quality and I have on more than one occasion seen girls walking out of here looking FOINE. My experience here was excellent. I came in asking to go from my natural dark brown hair to a pastel pink and was expecting to hear something closer to the outrageous prices at nearby salons. For $150, Cecy got through a single process bleaching and onto a peachy color. I came in for a second appointment to get it bleached and colored once more and was even more thrilled with the results. Not only was Cecy incredibly kind and accommodating to my time restraints but she left my hair exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to her care, my hair remains very healthy despite the process and she even trimmed the split ends I had. Went here due to a coupon i got off of groupon for a brazilian blowout. I definitely cant complain about the service they were really nice and got me in right on time. I honestly expected good results due to all the good reviews this place has but sadly that was not the case. I walked out with perfect hair, non fizzy and straight. As soon as i woke up, BAM! Frizzed up, and completely out of control. I was told that simply blow drying it would do the trick and sadly that doesnt work at all. If i shower and blowdry my hair, it ends up frizzed and not controled what so ever. I even called the stylist to see what could be done maybe try to redo it again? But i guess nothing. Im truly disappointed because my mom had such great results when she got hers done somewhere else and there was such good reviews so i expected the same. I know not everyones hair is the same but theres no way mine is sooo different that this didnt work. Other than that, i paid so much just to literally have no difference in my hair. The point was to help my hair and let it get healthy but sadly i have to use a hair straightener to get it down. Just disappointed in the overall process especially with nothing done about it. Not saying she didnt do it right but i wouldve liked for her to atleast offer to try it one more time to see if maybe something was wrong the first time. I definitely dont want to pay for something that literally didnt do anything in the first place. read more

Cecy did my Brazilian Blowout and she did an AMAZING job! I am so grateful! She left my hair smooth and silky. It looked so damaged before and now it is feeling healthier than ever. I no longer have split ends! Cecy has been doing hair for 15-20 years (if I remember correctly) and this is definitely evident in the quality of her work. She is very talented and knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and thoroughly answered any questions that I had regarding the process. Her prices are unbeatable so if you're thinking of going to her for the Brazilian Blowout DO IT and you will be so glad you did. It's so worth it especially because it lasts for months! I wasn't feeling great because the tone looked too orange to me at first, but after a month the real color came out and I was so happy about it. She was very nice and answered any/all questions I had. Oh, she was also flexible with my appointment time which I greatly appreciated. I don't get off work until 5pm so couldn't make it to the salon until 5:30pm, and she accommodated me. That was a plus! So I went here on a whim, because my anniversary was coming up and I missed my appointment with my regular stylist, so I had to do something quick. The place was pretty nice, focused more towards older ladies, so I was a little out of place, but it was ok. The lady who did my hair was really sweet, but the blowout she did in my hair is just terrible. My hair is still dull and frizzy. I knew as soon as I walked out of the salon that I was not going to be happy, and my husband mentioned it wasn't that great as soon as I came through the door.
