There's nothing particularly wrong with this, it just is bad form that kind of bothered me. The cashier also seemed disinterested and unhappy. The next day we tried to return the chairs. We were not told they were not returnable when we bought them. We were told they were not returnable. We were told they was nothing they could do to help us. We were disappointed because the return was due to a medical issue.
