Then one associate walked over to show the charms drawer. Every drawer was empty except the letters, and even the letters were not all there. You're creating this experience for a child, maybe put some effort into it? Seems like they are there for a paycheck, and that's it. My kids picked some charms, added them to the collars. There was no explanation of anything else. What a crappy experience. Seems like a great idea but you need people that actually want to be there and like kids, not the people you had working.

Colette doesn't have 5 stores so you get outstanding service and personal assistance that is rare . When I visit Colette I get the best customer service and hands on attention to every detail. I will definitely be shopping here every summer and I have been visiting the website as I have Time right now. I actually was able to get some beautiful summer clothing sent to me that cheered me up during this Covid crisis. What more can you ask for?

The prices are very reasonable and there's just so much to see! I bought a beautiful batik dress, and this really cool terrarium that sits on driftwood among other things.. I will be back every chance I get!
