Love Byblos! It's always a stop for me when I am in town. They have all the food I grew up with as a kid. Their bread is made in house and phenomenal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my favs are the za'atar/cheese, hummus, and Mantee. I've catered with them before too and love those little olive and cheese bites. read more

Wow wow wow! There hasn't been a place that blows me away like this restaurant did. I can't wait to go back again. Everything is so delicious and fresh! They are fully staffed and you don't have to wait long really. The Lahmajoun is truly THE best I've had anywhere. The shawarma has a very special home cooked flavoring. The hummus and tabouli amazing. And did I mention the cheese boregs you can buy at the register in this nifty container for you to take home if you'd like since there are 6 small boregs in it. Our entire family truly enjoyed Byblos and we'll be going back very soon. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will add that the seating is limited, I hope they open one in Glendale that would be amazing but still worth the drive right now. They also had a lot of to go orders as well. Unfortunately, this is now the third time we've had issues with missing items from this restaurant, and after spending close to $400 on our order, the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. A significant portion of our order was initially missing. The owner did personally deliver the missing food, which I appreciated. However, when it arrived, we realized the dressing and toppings for our salads were still missing. When I called back to let them know, I was told that the owner "didn't have to" bring the missing items in the first place, as though delivering food we had already ordered and paid for was a favor to us. They blamed Uber Eats for arriving early and said it wasn't their fault, while also acknowledging that this is a continuing issue they have with Uber Eats. If this is a known and recurring problem, perhaps they should reconsider their delivery service or how orders are handled before being released to drivers. After everything that happened, I asked for a refund. I was told they would only refund the two salads, despite our order being close to $400. As of writing this review, I have not yet received that refund. I understand mistakes happen, and I appreciated the owner personally bringing the initially missing food. But after three separate experiences with missing items, the lack of accountability is what bothered me most. Customers should not be made to feel like receiving food they already paid for is a favor. For a nearly $400 order, I expected much better service and customer care. read more

After a 12+ hour shift, I realized I hadn't eaten all day and was absolutely starving. I placed an online pickup order for lahmajoun from my favorite spot in town and arrived a little early, hoping my food might already be ready. It wasn't quite ready yet, but the staff went above and beyond. They brought me out fresh baked bread that was warm and delicious, along with complimentary hummus to snack on while I waited. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made my entire day. Not only is their food the best in town, but their kindness and hospitality are unmatched. It's rare to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. Thank you for taking care of a very hungry and exhausted nurse. I ordered through the restaurants mobile app for pickup. I ordered six lahmajoun. I hadnt ordered from this place for about five months, and today, on March 3rd, 2026 at around 5:30 PM, I decided to order again. The order took about 18 minutes to prepare. When I received the notification that my order was ready, I was already parked in their parking lot, so I immediately went inside to pick it up. I noticed there were new employees working there that I hadnt seen before. When I received the bag, I immediately felt that the packaging was cold. At first I thought maybe it was just the bag itself, but my house is only about a 2-minute drive away. When I got home and opened the package, I discovered that all of the lahmajoun were completely cold, as if they had been cooked hours earlier and just put into a box and handed to me. It honestly felt like they might have taken food that was sitting out and simply packed it for my order. I also want to mention that before, they used to include several lemon slices with the lahmajoun, but this time there were none -- just the lahmajouns. Overall, the quality of this restaurant has clearly gone down over the past few months, which is very disappointing because it used to be much better. read more

My family and I went and the wait time for our food was a little over an hour. We had ordered 3 flatbreads and an ajarski, we only got 2 of the flatbreads the first 20 minutes. We reminded and asked the staff multiple times about our order and all they said was sorry and it will be ready shortly. I completely understand when a restaurant is falling behind on orders, but the service just made it worse. They don't know how to accommodate their customers when under pressure or when stuff like this happens. The staff just kept apologizing rather than actually doing anything about it. My father had to go to the kitchen and remind them and they couldn't even find our order. There were other people waiting a long time for their orders as well with no accommodations whatsoever. The manager could've at least came and apologized or had done something like given a complimentary food or something! It was only the staff girls that just take orders and provide the food, which is not their fault, it was the kitchen staff and the manager's fault! I'm not going back there again, by the time the food was ready I stopped being hungry and we had to take the rest of the food to go. Expect a line and a little wait - a popular spot for Lebanese-Armenian fare. The freshly baked pita and flatbreads are so good! Ambiance: inside seating available but kinda cramped (weird layout). We've been giving them Business for many years now sometimes multiple times per week but come on. You can't just cut the size of the chicken pieces just like that and expect nobody to notice it and then sprinkle some greens on top to hide it. It's ridiculous. I came in and ordered my lunch and I waited over 30 minutes while I seen people come in after me and that were there before me leave before me and after 30 minutes I finally said something and still had to wait when I got my food half of it was cold at this point I was pretty irritated. The girl in the front didn't even say sorry all she said was here's your food. I am pretty disappointed because I would tell everybody about this place. We recently tried this restaurant and we are absolutely in love with the quality and pricing of their food. We had their burger (single cheese burger and double cheese burger) and they were two of the best burgers we've ever had. We also tried the filet mignon plate (hummus with chunks of barbecued meat) and it was fantastic. The meat was seasoned and barbecued to perfection and the hummus was very fresh and tasty. The service can be a little slow here - they have tons of to-go orders and their staff is constantly carrying boxes of food to outside of the restaurant but luckily we weren't in a rush and the wait time was okay. Passed by this "bakery" thinking at 930 am they wouldn't not have anything substantial. But I was pleasantly surprised. Full menu, only thing that was not available was kebab. The menu was overwhelming,the friendly lady at the cashier helped me pick out a beef plate with fries!! While I was waiting, she brought me 2 fresh off the oven pitas. Food was served hot & fresh.
