Love Byblos! It's always a stop for me when I am in town. They have all the food I grew up with as a kid. Their bread is made in house and phenomenal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my favs are the za'atar/cheese, hummus, and Mantee. I've catered with them before too and love those little olive and cheese bites. read more

Wow wow wow! There hasn't been a place that blows me away like this restaurant did. I can't wait to go back again. Everything is so delicious and fresh! They are fully staffed and you don't have to wait long really. The Lahmajoun is truly THE best I've had anywhere. The shawarma has a very special home cooked flavoring. The hummus and tabouli amazing. And did I mention the cheese boregs you can buy at the register in this nifty container for you to take home if you'd like since there are 6 small boregs in it. After a 12+ hour shift, I realized I hadn't eaten all day and was absolutely starving. I placed an online pickup order for lahmajoun from my favorite spot in town and arrived a little early, hoping my food might already be ready. It wasn't quite ready yet, but the staff went above and beyond. They brought me out fresh baked bread that was warm and delicious, along with complimentary hummus to snack on while I waited. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made my entire day. Not only is their food the best in town, but their kindness and hospitality are unmatched. It's rare to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. Thank you for taking care of a very hungry and exhausted nurse. This is the best restaurant in the food desert of the Foothills. There's a saying in Syria: you go to Aleppo for the food, Damascus for the water, and Lattakia for the girls (if I remember it correctly). The family who runs this place is from Aleppo. We were next door for a birthday party. Stopped in for lunch before heading home. Ordered at the counter and grabbed a table number. Then waited for a table to become available and seat ourselves. Every item seemed to be freshly made (even the pita bread). So it took about 20-25 mins for our foods to come out. (Thankfully we had party favors from the birthday to pass time for my kids). We've been giving them Business for many years now sometimes multiple times per week but come on. You can't just cut the size of the chicken pieces just like that and expect nobody to notice it and then sprinkle some greens on top to hide it. It's ridiculous. I hate to leave this review, but I was left with no choice. It's kind of shocking to have no shame. Everything is expensive. I understand but your plates are $21 $22 a plate you've upped the price and cut the chicken size. I ordered through the restaurants mobile app for pickup. I ordered six lahmajoun. I hadnt ordered from this place for about five months, and today, on March 3rd, 2026 at around 5:30 PM, I decided to order again. The order took about 18 minutes to prepare. When I received the notification that my order was ready, I was already parked in their parking lot, so I immediately went inside to pick it up. I noticed there were new employees working there that I hadnt seen before. When I received the bag, I immediately felt that the packaging was cold. At first I thought maybe it was just the bag itself, but my house is only about a 2-minute drive away. When I got home and opened the package, I discovered that all of the lahmajoun were completely cold, as if they had been cooked hours earlier and just put into a box and handed to me. It honestly felt like they might have taken food that was sitting out and simply packed it for my order. I also want to mention that before, they used to include several lemon slices with the lahmajoun, but this time there were none -- just the lahmajouns. Overall, the quality of this restaurant has clearly gone down over the past few months, which is very disappointing because it used to be much better. read more

My issue was my fiancé got his order way before me.. I got my order about 20 mins later. So we basically watched each other eat lol. We received our hummus and mutabal literally last which makes no sense cause it's a cold appetizer. Overall: Chicken shawarma tacos - Amazing! Falafel tacos - Good. Grape leaves - Disgusting.. We recently tried this restaurant and we are absolutely in love with the quality and pricing of their food. We had their burger (single cheese burger and double cheese burger) and they were two of the best burgers we've ever had. We also tried the filet mignon plate (hummus with chunks of barbecued meat) and it was fantastic. The meat was seasoned and barbecued to perfection and the hummus was very fresh and tasty. The service can be a little slow here - they have tons of to-go orders and their staff is constantly carrying boxes of food to outside of the restaurant but luckily we weren't in a rush and the wait time was okay. I cannot say enough good things about Byblos. I was planning and event and was in search of Arabic food from a place that would be reliable, reasonably priced, professional and delicious. Byblos was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and boy, did they not disappoint. From the start, working with the owner, Avo, was so easy and pleasant. I had no idea how much to order and was feeling really overwhelmed, but he took the reigns and asked me to just give him a headcount, the items I wanted to order, and our budget and he would do the rest. What followed was pure perfection. They showed up right on time, with everything beautifully packaged and plated. They supplied everything we could possibly need, including serving spoons and tongs! And the food was plentiful and DELICIOUS. People were asking to take some home! And I woke up this morning thinking about it and wanting more. I would recommend Byblos 1000 times over.
