I usually pick up because it's closer to me and the owner or who I think is the owner has always been very friendly. I recently ordered from the to go menu. the lentil soup was delicious, so was the sarma. Again they were friendly. I do like this place no complaints. Preparation of their food and presentation and the taste is absolutely out of this world. I also love the people there. They don't have a lot to say, but they're funny when they do especially the two men that are always at the register. I absolutely adore them. Their food makes it so easy for me to eat because I'm strictly plant based and basically almost everything. I've tried. There is all plant based and welll made. If you're in the area or even if you're not make a special trip over to the Glendale market and try the lentil salad, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. In fact you'll be hooked. You'll be going back time and time again to get the salad. If you're not a fan of lentils, try the eech salad. It has a kick to it, but it's delicious. Deli area The deli area is cute, they sell fresh cuts of meat, cheese, and veggies. They prepare everything the day of/ when you order it. I called to see why it was canceled and the jackass that answered the phone said it was canceled because they are "too busy!" They have a huge menu with all kinds of salads, sandwichs, lavash rolls (sandwich rolls), and Armenian snacks and goods. We got the gata and two types of lavash rolls-the vegetarian with cheese and basil and the turkey. Everything was great, with the veggie rolls being the star of the show.
