I often include both the lentil salad and the eech salad as well. In fact, everything Glendale market makes is excellent. They take great pride in there. Preparation of their food and presentation and the taste is absolutely out of this world. I also love the people there. They don't have a lot to say, but they're funny when they do especially the two men that are always at the register. I absolutely adore them. Their food makes it so easy for me to eat because I'm strictly plant based and basically almost everything. I've tried. There is all plant based and welll made. If you're in the area or even if you're not make a special trip over to the Glendale market and try the lentil salad, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. In fact you'll be hooked. Deli area The deli area is cute, they sell fresh cuts of meat, cheese, and veggies. They prepare everything the day of/ when you order it. They have a huge menu with all kinds of salads, sandwichs, lavash rolls (sandwich rolls), and Armenian snacks and goods.
