Did not approve of the owner calling me right after the office called to confirm materials and sizing and try to down-sell me so he could make more on us. From a business perspective, I get it, but not cool! We were warned that private utilities (i.e. irrigation) was our responsibility, however they did not take care to avoid. We were told they would hand dig, but did not. Irrigation was broken in 2 places against back fence line. No one cared to look at schematics provided. It looks nice in the ground and keeps our kids safe.
