Process was organized. Best rate of other 4 companies that Quoted. Fencing measurement was incorrect (20 ft short) but they took care of as at the quoted amount. Did not approve of the owner calling me right after the office called to confirm materials and sizing and try to down-sell me so he could make more on us. From a business perspective, I get it, but not cool! We were warned that private utilities (i.e. irrigation) was our responsibility, however they did not take care to avoid. We were told they would hand dig, but did not. Irrigation was broken in 2 places against back fence line. No one cared to look at schematics provided. Fantastic experience with Indy's Finest Fence. The crew, Jordan, Chad, Trey and Jared were great. Bought the fence through Lowe's and they were hired to do the install. On the day of install we got a courtesy call about 45-60 mins prior to arrival. When they got to our home, Jordan walked the property and made sure they had all the details right. They installed the fence quickly and didn't leave a mess. After the job was done, Jordan walked the whole fence line with us showing us the fence and the latches, and answered any questions we had. Lowe's had forgotten to deliver a gate and a post stopper, which is not in Indy's Fence Control. They did call to make sure Lowe's sent out a new fence and will be back to finish the install. Such sloppy work. They were sub-contracted by Lowe's in Noblesville to install a fence. Every time they came out, they caused some new issue which they had to come back to address later. There are still unaddressed issues; but, eventually, even Lowe's had enough of them. One of Indy's Finest Fence's workers even admitted they were still learning how to install vinyl fences. read more

While installing a fence at my residence the workers pierced and broke my sump pump discharge that was marked by 811. The worker told me that he did and it attempted to fix it and if the fix did not work he would come out again to try. A few months later I discovered that the discharge was still broken. When I contacted this company they would not return my phone calls and when I finally get ahold of them they refused to fix the line. Very unprofessional company. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They do not work with people to get problems taken care of. They hide behind their receptionist when a problem arises. They do NOT stand behind their work, and will not talk to get to a resolution. They just want you to go to your insurance so you have to pay a deductible instead of working with you to go after Duke, if it was actually Dukes fault. You say you have paperwork stating it's Dukes fault... but won't work with me to help get my things taken care of. Great way to run a company. Poor customer service, poor owners won't even speak to customers. DO NOT USE!!!! read more

Proceed with caution. Make sure work is complete and you have proof of payment. Lots of phone tag involved to get work done in addition to half money up front for a small job taking about two months to get work done. A forty foot section of chain link fence was to be put up, a two foot section replaced (work never completed), and a damaged cross member repaired. When asked after work was done how they would like payment, we were informed the boss likes cash. Workman was paid and scurried away without giving us a receipt. Called and the business thankfully they e-mailed a receipt. About one month later we received a call concerning paying the balance. We told them we had a receipt they e-mailed us, and coincidentally they then found it after this was brought to their attention. At the time of this conversation we told the business about the small section of fencing that wasn't replaced as agreed and were told they would send someone to finish it..... we are still waiting two months after work was done, and one month after being contacted regarding payment (which was already made)....I don't imagine it will be completed. read more

I contracted Lowe's to put a vinyl fence around my patio. Indy' Finest Fence came out in July and worked on the L shaped fence. It was all fine. In October, the fence blew down. The anchor post was not secure in the ground and the fence blew out of alignment causing the pieces to blow away. When I called Lowe's, they first said, "we don't cover wind damage" I was very patient to explain that this was not wind damage but a poor install on the anchor post. Indy's Finest Fence called and agreed to come out to fix the fence. They did and it is much better. We had a bit of communication breakdown at first, but I stayed patient and finally got the service I expected. They did a great job on the repair and the person who came out (John?) talked me through how he would add screws into the fence posts to keep it more stable. I am so happy to have my fence back up! ATTENTION! DO NOT HIRE! This company was contracted by Lowes to install a vinyl fence. They installed this fence in 3 hours and made several errors. Below are a few of these errors. 1. Gate - The gate is not level from top to bottom causing a gap in the door. There is 2 inches on the top to 1/2 inch to the bottom. 2. Gap from ground to bottom of fence - The gap is too big. It's 4 inches when it should be 1 1/2 inches, 2 inches at the most. 3. Slant - The slanted fence is not level. And the post is crooked and not straight. Posts need to be straight all the way up and down. Just because there is a slope doesn't mean it can't be level. If buildings are built on a hill are they slanted or straight? STRAIGHT!!! 4. Post topper by house is different then the rest of the toppers.The installer didn't measure and used a totally different topper then the one I picked out. They still have not put the toppers on the gate. The owner of Indy's Finest Fence came out on 10/2 to do an inspection and confirmed the changes need to be made. Lowes informed me on 10/17 that they will not pay the fence company to make the changes. I have contacted both companies on 10/17, 10/18, 10/19, 10/22, 10/25 - Left voicemails and nothing. I can't believe this company doesn't feel obligated to make this right. I am moving forward with getting my money back so I can pay someone to do the job right. The customer service is terrible!
