Absolutely a terrific staff to deal with this is my second vehicle I purchased here. These are very pleasant people to deal with low pressure. They make the process very easy and they do what they can to get you in a vehicle. I think the store is great. And in November, I noticed the battery was getting weak, so I called Jessica made an appointment and oh my God just the most pleasant person to talk too on the phone. She put a smile on my face and a wink in my eye and kept me informed of the details on my vehicle and I would like to thank all , the service writer the whole staff I thought it was a battery, but they did a deeper inspection and found that it was also a bad starter so they replaced a starter the battery and two wheel sensors and I got it back in a day and I just want to thank all of them "GREAT SHOP"and hey folks, make sure you get the warranty because it was a $50 out-of-pocket and remember you are buying a used car but this business standby their vehicle and they will help you. I bought a Buick from them literally after having it a month it started blowing smoke. I've had it there more times than I've owned it. They keep telling me they fixed it and nothing. I've had to put two turbos in it and less than a year and it's still smoking every time I get on gas it's blowing blue smokes. They keep telling me they fixed it and they haven't. I Jared and he tells me to bring it down there. They'll take a look at it and now they want me to pay out-of-pocket when there hasn't even began to be fixed in the first place. This was the third car we have bought from them. I have begged them to get me out of it and they are refusing this car has nothing but problems I've only put less than 40,000 miles and had nothing but problems and leaking oil oil all over the ground. Bought the car a month ago litterally 2nd day having it, it did not start. Being a month later I have bought the car in 12 TIMES. To be fixed and EVERYTIME I get it back in the same condition I dropped it off in. When I call and tell them how it's frustrating the man laughed and told me I'm not paying for it because it's under warranty so I have no need to have a proble. It is a problem when I'm coming in 1-2 times a week and calling off work and spending my only off days sitting in their shop all day for them to do nothing about MY CAR SHUTTING OFF WHILE IM DRIVING. Worst experience ever. This company should be shut down immediately for what they do. It is a joke. Lowest monthly payment I was told that is possible is $380. Ridiculous for a older and high mileage cars. Additionally, they sell to you the fact that they are trying to help you repair your credit and they are on your side and that they report to all credit bureaus. However, there is no payment grace period AT ALL on their high interest loans. So if you are 1 day late you are considered delinquent and your payment is reported as such to the bureaus. How does this help someone who is trying to repair their credit? Sales lady that I had was incompetent and the finance lady was rude and unfeeling and could honestly seem to care less of my situation. Ironically, I went to another car dealership just down the street the very same day and received a great loan on a newer, reliable, and lower mileage car with a payment that was roughly $80 lower per month with a better warranty. I will never go to this place ever again and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Financed a car that was an absolute LEMON. "Warranty" conveniently ran out the month the car started to act up. We kept bringing the car in to be looked at, and they couldn't find anything. Finally, the car stopped running altogether on a dark busy highway 3 TIMES. We took the car back to the lot, and phoned ahead telling them what was happening. The car sat there on the lot for over a week, with NO WORD! Finally, I decided to call them to find out what was going on, and they acted confused, stating that they didn't know what they needed to do with the car. The car had not even been looked at! I explained to them that the car is a death trap, and we have been dealing with a progressively problematic car for several months with now avail. They looked at the records of the vehicle and told me that the problem COULD be a part that would cost us $400 and labor, and couldn't tell me how long to get the part. Bottom line, don't go to this dealership unless you are looking for a lemon that may get you creamed on the highway. Amateur, clueless, laughable service. Did I say CLUELESS? Worth saying that again. The car sat undriveable for a month, we didn't feel like it was worth risking our lives. We decided to get into a brand new car at a different dealership. They weren't even willing to negotiate the payoff amount on a car that was an absolute nightmare. Unless you want to buy a lemon and have a heart attack driving from point A to point B, suffer amateur hour service that is CLUELESS at every turn, RUN! i can't even give a rating as I am very disappointed with my experience with this location My daughter purchased a car a little over a month ago the day after we purchased it the car would not start my daughter had to miss a day of work to wait for someone to come and assist. Two days later it had another issue the radiator broke she had to miss work again. a few days later engine light comes on she again misses work to take the car in the exhaust manifold needs repaired takes it home light comes back on on the way home. she calls them irritated that this is a thing and all that they can say is well your not paying for it so it shouldn't matter. First of all no one ever said we wouldn't pay for anything but since we drove it off the lot we have had it in the shop one to two times a week and you have this warranty that is supposed to cover. They are very rude and seemed bothered that they have to fix it but if they fixed it correctly the first time we would not have to keep coming back. So now while my daughter is driving the car it just stops or slows down and loses power which i feel is extremely dangerous for her and my grandchildren she took it in yesterday the guys spent less than 20 mins said it was fixed she drove off the lot with the same issue. school just start my daughter is a single mother of two boys works in the medical field and can't keep calling off work to get the car fixed she is missing out on money to pay her bills all i wish is that they would do what they say they do and fix the dang car we are barely in the car for 30 days and the car has been in the shop[ at least 10 times read more

Their commercials are a joke. They say good credit, bad credit, no credit, we can help. They LIE!! My husband and I have okay credit, and we were denied after already being told we shouldn't have any problems. My husband walked into Mills Chevrolet the very next day after being denied by JD Byrider, and walked off the lot with a 2015 Chevy Cruze, in even better condition than the exact same style car we looked at, at JD Byrider. Since you cant give less than 1 star, I guess I have to at least give them that. I started the process two weeks ago. I told Mark at the Davenport location exactly what vehicle I wanted. The catch was it was at a different location. I was assured it was "no problem". I completed the paperwork, gave them all my financial documents and finally yesterday was told everything was fine but I had to talk to the "bank". OK it is NOT a bank. It is their sales department/payment options people. I guess they call it that to make themselves sound more important or intimidate people. Mark refused to give me a direct name or number to call. So I asked him to have them call me within three different times periods I was available- several hours long- time periods (cant take a call at work). No call. I texted him again. First he said they DID call (during my work hours)- checked the caller ID- no call logged- no message. When I told him that his response was told that "the bank" was swamped and I should "hurry down tomorrow morning" before all the SUVs were gone. I told him, again, I wanted the vehicle that we had discussed two weeks prior. He then informed me "it didnt work that way". I again texted him that from the start I told him exactly what I wanted and provided everything they asked for. This is a classic "bait and switch" with a little manipulative tactics thrown in. Seriously - you are running out of SUVs? Seriously? Who are they kidding-if there was a world wide shortage of used trucks/SUVs we would know it. The fact that I was told that it was no issue to get that particular vehicle I had seen and then to jump through all the hoops only to be told "it didnt work that way" is unethical. If he would have told me two weeks ago that they could not get me a vehicle from a different location I would have not wasted hours of my time or shared my personal information with them. I tried one last time to reach out to Mark this and again- No response. I am new to the area, but this is not how honest business is conducted. BTW- I am in this situation financially because my husband died - I really dont think I should be treated like I am "less than" because of it. read more
