For the in general, I don't know the agency too well but they have been very nice in regards to event requests for celebrities when friends charities have asked them to forward requests. Overall they have a good reputation for being friendly - both from people I know still in the entertainment industry and those in my new field (non-profit) who've had dealings with various people there. On a personal note - previously I worked with Steve at another agency circa 1994-95. Steve is an excellent agent, and I have seen him work late into the night putting submissions together if there are actors he has that fit the part, instead of shlocking off early like other agents I've work with, and have observed do. He had a good career before this in the hospitality business but gave it up (even though at the time it meant a cut in income) because he has a passion for "the biz." Some of his clients have stayed, even though their fame could land them at a higher up the rung/ladder agency because of his caring. That says something in a business where loyalty seems to be a four letter word. Highly recommend him as an agent if you are starting out - but you MAY NOT use me as a reference. The best way to meet this or any other quality agents/managers is to sign up for reputable workshops! OR get cast in local plays.

There were hundreds of families that showed up. When our daughter auditioned, she was a little shy but did a good job for it being her first audition. To our surprise, she got a call back that evening. We returned the next day for orientation, which was a small group compared to the amount of people that auditioned. CGTV provided different program options to choose from, that can accommodate any participant's budget. The staff went over all the options available to us and we signed that day. The program is well worth the investment. We felt like this was not only a business deal, but an opportunity to build a long-term friendship with CGTV. Adrian R'Mante, his family, and the staff members at CGTV are passionate about their profession, they take it extremely seriously. You can tell they care for all the actors and have their best interest at hand. Another great aspect of attending a program is how invested Adrian and CGTV staff members are regarding the safety, and well-being of the actors in all age groups. Adrian, CGTV and celebrity guests do not let the kids go anywhere alone, they are huge on providing a safe environment for them to learn, grow and focus on improving their acting skills throughout the program. As an overprotective mother, they eased my worry, with their accountability of the kids, professionalism, and friendliness. GCTV is the real deal. Adrian R'Mante has created a successful business to help boost actors' chances of getting an opportunity to find an agent or manager within his program. We attended an All-Star and VIP program in Los Angeles, where our daughter met many guest celebrities that helped her advance her acting, monologue reading, cold reading and improv skills. You can tell the difference in her confidence level, the delivery of materials and her on stage presence. Our daughter did well at the showcase which resulted in her receiving a call back from two agents and a manager. This week we submitted the self-tapes the agent requested and had a zoom meeting with a manager. We are very grateful for the LA performance opportunity and are hopeful we will be signed soon.
