There are plenty of shops in the Columbia mall that provides similar service. However, many of my friends use this place so it must be a good thing. When I was there, there was only 1 person working the front of the place. This person was very nice and informative. That person was in the middle of repairing a customers cracked phone. Not sure if this is a 1 person shop or has multiple staff. If you can quick service, this is the place to go. However, I think their prices are reasonable especially given the area. However, other places may provide cheaper rates. Got to search around.

Al answered my post (approximately a week ago) immediately and made an appointment to come out the next day. Very professional, and quickly ran several programs that found and eliminated many programs that were running in the background, gathering search data and sending it out.
