I recently had an unfortunate customer service experience at the North Andover Staples. Once I approached the line to return a package, the cashier took three other customers before me, which was unfair. When I asked him about assisting me, he got an attitude and said he had to help those customers. His colleague rudely interrupted our conversation and said he had to help the paying customers first. Well, I was a paying customer, too. The cashier returned my package after which I promptly returned to the floor the merchandise I was going to purchase. Never again. Customer service here is the worst!
