On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day.
