    The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! Purchased a fridge over the summer, since the…read morebeginning the fridge kept freezing up. I have had them out several times to fix it. Last fix lasted 4 months and it froze up again. At this point I called an independent appliance repair to come look at it and I was told this fridge has a sealed system and this model is known for leaking gas. I was told there is no fix and it will keep needing service calls every 3-6 months as it leaks out. I have been dealing with them since 12/16/24 I left 16 voicemails and 7 text messages. I spoke a few times to a nice young lady who told me the manager would call me back, the manager has yet to speak with me. I got a text on 1/3/25 telling me I could swap the fridge out and I would pay only the difference as long as the fridge at my unit was still in good shape, no dents, broken shelves or scratches which it has none. I took the time to go back to the store on 1/4/25 and picked out another fridge. I was told a tech would go through it and then it would be cleaned and sanitized before delivery. So at this point I think we are good.....wrong!! I spent every day last week calling to see when the fridge would be delivered to then be told I would need to pay $350 for the new fridge, to which I replied, I paid $300.00 for the original fridge so I will come to the store and pay the additional $50. Nope, now they are telling me they won't honor what was previously said in his text thread. I would now have to pay the $350 because the fridge was out of warranty. I then reminded them again that this issue was from day one and they were unable to fix the issue while it was still under warranty.........why would I pay another $350 and trust that this fridge will work? I was told I would get a call back from the manager last Friday to discuss......again, no call. Customer service matters which Nice Choice has not figured that out yet. I am a landlord that deals with 12 units so I'm often in need of some type of appliance. I will never spend another dime at this store!!!! The worst experience I have ever had with a purchase! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have also added the text thread where they stated they would swap it out. DO not trust them......if I could have given less than one star I would have!!

I found Rollan Appliance Services, owner Juliany, and was very happy with the work that Juliany did. I wrote a glowing review on Yelp. Unfortunately, my appliance kept breaking down. Juliany advised that it was better to repair the existing appliance, rather than purchase a new one. I followed his advice and he came back and fixed my refrigerator/freezer with two new parts. On July 6, I began to reach out to Rollan Appliance Services as my appliance broke down again. From July 6 to today, July 17, Juliany texted only ONE excuse. That his computer broke down but that he would let me know when he would be here. I waited for him faithfully, as I had already given him $600.00 with the promise that I would give him more money to repair this problem. After his first text, he did not write and he stopped answering his phone, which is ridiculous! My refrigerator/freezer is still not cooling. I have reported Juliany and his company to my local Police Detective Lieutenant, as I believe that all of this may have been a scam against the elderly--which must have legal consequences. So fellow clients I caution you to be aware and I REVOKE my earlier Yelp five plus positive review of Juliany and his company and now give him a zero to one-minus review. You simply DO NOT terrorize an almost a helpless Senior Citizen. You answer the phone at the first call and you say, "I am unable to work with you at this time." You DO NOT ignore multiple pleas for help. Shame on you, Juliany!

He was nice and friendly to my daughter who was talking to him. At the end I asked him what could I purchase for the cloudiness of my pool. He said to try raising the ph first, that should help with the little cloudiness and if it didn't help to come back to get something else. I liked it because it felt he didn't push me to by something I might not need. It did solve the problem so I am a happy customer. I was there for a very short time but was a good overall experience.

Went to the locker, entered my code and it said the door was opening....it didn't. Tried again about 5 times and no luck...it thinks it is opening, but it isn't. I exited the screen and scanned the QR code...doesn't exist. Entered the code manually as before, no longer exists. It THINKS I have the item to my info has been cleared.... Had to wait about 10-15 min for the service desk. She went out to the locker and opened it - empty; and looked in some of the other locker numbers...no item as expected (1 gal of deck stain). Went back in, did some research and she said it was in locker 24 and not the original 33. Opened up locker 24 and it is not the item - opened up other lockers in that area...not there. Went back in and called the person who supposedly put the item into the locker; apparently issues so it is NOT even in the locker - but off to the side where customer service was actually the place I should have gone to, but was never informed of that. So much for in and out as anticipated. I could have gotten the item from the aisle and shelf and been out of there in 5 mins vs. the 30 mins spent there. The woman from customer service was fine - just an issue of not having my items ready or in the correct area for a quick, easy and fast in and out.... UGH!
