Of all the reviews I have ever written, I could not be more pleased to share my experience with this company BZ Pro! I take great pride in the decor of our home, and sadly over the years I have watched my two cats, rip and shred at my beautiful staircase bamboo wallpaper. I called quite a number of wallpaper companies to make suggestions for me and to give me bids on removing and replacing the wallpaper. Every company I spoke to told me that I needed to hire a painter to painstakingly remove the wallpaper and treat the underlying wall defects and damages in the process of removing the wallpaper. I had no luck in finding a solution, until I was fortunate (lucky) to have found Edina with BZ Pro, the result of a Yelp search. Edina, versus the other companies I spoke to, was the ONLY one that helped me painstakingly find the right wallpaper, and that was "cat-proof". (the other companies sent me links to wallpaper websites). Edina zeroed in on exactly the type of product I needed and sent me multitudes of samples to my home!! Edina worked closely with me, and assisted me with this process until we found the right one, and had it delivered. I am still blown away by this amazing customer service! Next she arranged for Zoltan to come to our house for installation, within a very short period of time, as busy as they are! The installation was very smooth (he had no problem removing the previous paper) and beyond what I ever expected! Whereas before, the seams were quite visible, the installation barely reveals any seams. Looks a hundred-fold better than before! Everything about this company (Edina and Zoltan) is as good as it gets!! Wallpapering to me is a work of art, and takes a true specialist to install it. This is a family business, and they obviously take great pride in their service and their customers! And the price was right! I cannot recommend BZ Pro (Edina and Zoltan) enough!! Edina, the owner, was wonderful and patient in answering all my questions, scheduling, and helping resolve somethings. I bought this wallpaper a while ago and I've been so eager to have it installed but was very selective on who does it because I expect good work. BZ Pro had great legitimate reviews and seemed experienced and professional. Unfortunately, the installer + helper that ended up being scheduled for me were a disappointment. They finished the job in a short time and they didn't seem experienced to me in the work they did, their mannerism, and the way they communicated/answered questions. I was pretty upset when I checked the lack of attention to details on my walls after they left so I ran out of my house and luckily they were still in the car. I asked them to come back inside and fix the issues. But they still didn't seem to get everything done and were in a hurry to leave. I don't want to put names here because Edina already communicated with the installer and helper, but they totally bummed me out in the work they did. All the edges were lifting and not pressed in, the cuts were not straight and sharp, she corners were puffy, and I even saw a few tears here and there at the corners. Oh, also, two large obvious air bubbles. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because Edina did her best to help resolve it, did a great job communicating and doing everything she can to make it right. She even offered to send a different installer to fix everything. I tried to fix the air bubbles myself and I ended up pressing down all the edges and corners with a little plastic wedge that I had. It took quite some time. I got creative and fixed most of the things that were bothering me but still not impressed with that specific installer. The quote they gave me was very similar to all the other quotes I received but I did get a little discount in the end because I was very unhappy with the lack of attention to detail from the installer. If I do go back to them, I'd make sure they set me up with a very experienced installer as I do have reasonable expectations for things I pay for. read more

Zoltan came highly recommended by a friend when we were having a hard time finding a wallpaper hanger who could or would do our job in a timely manner. I first spoke to another wallpaper hanger who didn't want to hang paper from certain companies, didn't want to work with black background papers, didn't want to work with matt finish wallpapers. Then I called BZ Pro and Edina said "no problem". It took a while to get Zoltan to come out because they're pretty busy but once he arrived he was professional, worked with precision, and kept the work site clean and organized.
