I don't know enough to discern if they're telling me the right thing or taking advantage. They showed me the codes. Asked if I knew how certain things worked. Literally explained to me in a way that I could actually understand what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. AMAZING!!! The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. Michael, one of the mechanics, has always taken the time to explain problems and offer solutions for repairs. They have done alignments, brakes, tires, tire sensors, and much more for me always to perfection. I prefer the Highland store much more than the Harrison store. John is a great manager and his employees always seem happy. They make you feel like they care about you and making sure you are satisfied.
