(223 Reloading Die) Was told if not on the shelf we don't have them. so, I came home on I was able to get back online to the web site to order. It did not show the plastic case so not sure if it came with one or not. I called the store and ask. I was told yes it comes with the storage case. Went back on the web to order and then it happen again. I am BANNED. I called the Sierra Vista store again. Told them what happen, and I would like them to order it for me. Have you ever been to a store with cool stuff and just perused the isles? CAL ranch is that store. Neat and interesting products with farm equipment, feed, hardwares, clothes, cowboy boots, and of course guns. They also sell chicken coups and live chicks. Additionally, this CAL ranch is near and dear to me because I rescued my fur baby doggie here. They let local animal rescue group bring in animals for adoption every other week. read more

Better half had purchased a Carhartt jacket last year when they had a big selection for women. I called to see if they had any women's Carhartt jackets available now & was told "I think so...maybe?" I stopped by, & the "selection" was MIA, store was packed with shoppers complaining they couldn't find anyone to help them. Ended up buying two Carhartt jackets for much less online. There is always a line at cash register. And although employees wander the store it seems I can never find someone to help me . The last bag of horse treats I bought were stale . The first few times I was here I was impressed with items but now it seems like all the prices have been raised. The store is clean and large parking if you are pulling horse trailer . They have a large selection of western clothes and bib overalls and boots but I wanted fly spray for my horses and bedding for the trailer I could not find any shavings and did not have any aerosol spray ! I came to this store to buy certified hay. The website for my store said it had 18 bales. I went into the store no greeting waited in line, got the register told her what I needed paid and went around back with my truck but was told only had one bale. Had to go back into store but luckily I didn't have to wait in line. They told me it happens all the time the website is never up to date. This is so typical for my small town. What made me give this store a 1 rating is their blatant disregard for my health and safety when it comes to COVID-19. No one in the store wore face masks, they had one sign that just said to stay behind the red line. No social 6 feet distancing, no sanitary practices with sanitizing of area etc, no masks by employees, no clear panels between cashier and customer and when I asked why they weren't wearing masks she said I don't know! What disregard for the safety of their staff and the safety of their customers. I will never go back into this store again! read more

.​If your looking to buy any kinda of Stihl related products just go to ace. There's only one good tech for Stihl at this store so hope you get her. Everyone else is lacking knowledge. Not to mention the new manager Nicole is​ rude and jumps the gun on Stihl because she doesn't know ANYTHING about it. As a previous Stihl tech in my hometown I know what is to be done as far as protocol and service and CAL Ranch is not doing it. It really bugs me that the Stihl mottos and services are not being expressed the way they should be. Stihl has so many benefits but you wouldn't know that if you shop at this store. In total I think there are 5 employees worth talking to, the rest are cold shouldered and unintelligible. Luckily the store manager is excellent and seems to be doing her very best to make a good crew. I can't blame her for people faking an excellent interview and then sucking in reality. Used to happen to me when I worked retail years ago. I must have the worst luck because the awesome employees are always off when I come in :( the only reason I even gave it 2 stars was because the head cashier as well as the ag and store managers are phenomenal. Basically, if your looking for customer service, maybe not the best place but they do have some great products and brands. If your unlucky enough to have to deal with Nicole, just give up. She will interrupt you, belittle you, and give you bs answers to shut you up. She doesn't smile, or greet as you walk in not to mention she is preoccupied and shops in her uniform. If you dare inconvenience her by interrupting her shopping spree she will side eye you and give attitude. I've turned around multiple times when I see her working simply because my interactions with her are always troublesome. Not to mention the visible frustration from the other employees as she belittles and yells at them in front of customers. I hope someone does something about her because I can only imagine how many customers the store of losing all because of her resting bitch face. Does corporate not check in on their stores? I'm a fan. I'm not a farmer or a rancher, I'm just some city girl looking for good dog food and they have the brand I like to use. It saves me having to drive out towards Hereford since they are located next to work and close to home. I can't write a review on anything but the dog food and the customer service, which has always been good. Oh wait, they had Cheerwine once, and if you've ever lived in the south like I have, it's a staple drink in southern households. My only complaint is that I've never been able to find it there again :-( read more

It is an ok store if you have a need for something there that you can't get elsewhere. They do have some good specials, but watch out for buying feed etc. A while back I was going to get wheat bran there out of convenience but stopped when I found out it would cost 7.00 more than at the feed store. Today I went in to get 4 stall mats, at the best price I could find in the area...so after finally checking out, the clerk asks me if I need help with loading...seriously!? I'm 5'8 and weigh about 125...did he think I would just grab one and fling it one handed into the truck!? So they assigned me a helper...She was a real trooper, freshly manicured nails and all... While we were in the process of loading these 4 x 6 3/4 " thick rubber mats, she got a call on the radio, another customer needed help inside. She had to let them know she was "it" for "customer service" and whoever was in the store needing help would have to wait. While we were struggling to load these unwieldy mats, I asked her, "What if I was wearing a dress?" her reply was, "I know, right" whatever that was supposed to mean. So, bottom line: bring help if you are going to need it to load whatever you are buying...or go to Tractor Supply and watch them load it for you! I probably will spend the extra few bucks next time and bypass the loading experience. read more

C-A-L Ranch Store is definitely the place you need to stop by your for ranch and Micro farm needs. Very pleasant staff, who are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The first time there we roamed the store looking at the varied and eclectic offerings throughout the store. So after the kids finished up talking to the rabbits, we moved on to get some cowboy hats for the boys, check out the many cowboy/work boots -especially the extensive line of Ariat boots they had in stock, best in town; moved on to check out their large selection of Carhart clothing and picked up a few shirts -very well priced; moved over to the gun counter to pick up some .22 ammo which is rare then hens teeth everywhere else; viewed the selection of gun safes; camping gear; tarps for outside use; 55 gallon water barrel with spigot for non-potable priced at around 35$; pet stuff galore; jams, jellies, and canned okra; country chic decorations; pretty nice pictures of western scenes; and the list goes on and on. If you have ever been in a Fleet & Farm or similar store where you can get ammo, boots, oil for the tractor, and some pickled eggs then this is the place for you.
