i went in for a dip manicure. called to make sure they had availability and we wouldn't be waiting as we had a busy afternoon. Was immediately sat at a desk and didn't see someone for 15 minutes. i had nothing special, no design, took 1.5 hours and within 30 of leave i noticed 3 chips and my old nail polish still visible on the edges of my nails. it was probably the worst dip manicure I've ever had and couldn't believe it took that long. read more

Great color selection, shop is clean and well maintained, the staff is all kind and friendly. I've been there when they've been really busy and more slow. I HATE THIS PLACE me and my grandmother went there as our joint Christmas present and there were BUGS everywhere. Me and my grandmother got gel because there was a good deal but as soon as we left we noticed how bad they were then, we got in the car and buckled and the frickin nail polish fell off!! So we went back in and asked for a redo and they said they would charge for it so we went to different place. They are always busy and the cleanliness is very low. Dip was messy, bumpy and too thick. She also cut my nails way too short and the shape was wrong... even after asking her to fix it twice. I finally gave up. I also asked her to fix some of the major dents and bumps, but I was getting tired of sitting in the chair for so long. And to top it off it was more expensive than previous places I've been. Dirty and rundown. I came here on a whim for the first time last night for a pedicure. It was completely dead inside, so I was able to get seated right away (should have been the first sign). When I sat down in my chair, I noticed a number of toenail clippings on the floor below me. Disgusting! Why weren't these sweeped up before? My pedicure was okay and the woman I had was nice, but the massage was super light. The chairs were also worn and uncomfortable. I will not be back. read more

There are truly not enough stars here!!! 3 years ago, I started going to Ca Nails in Chaska. It was in a different location, however, just across the parking lot. I met Kieu. Kieu moved to the new location and has stayed with the new owners. I feel that Kieu is one of the most awesome people I have had the pleasure to meet in my 60+ years. She is an artist, an angel, her hands heal, her aura is pure, and she has provided me with the most beautiful nails. She hand paints the most breathtaking designs as she asks me about my 87-year-old mother, my 25-year-old son, and my work. I am healed and walk away with the most beautiful manicure and pedicure each visit. Kieu has given me everything from artistically executed French dips to powder dips with hand-painted designs. She provides excellent advice and I have NEVER been disappointed. So the beauty of this is that the new owners have vested in an impressive selection of nail colors AND new massage chairs. I had my ridiculous eyebrows waxed and suddenly, my dance card is full again. OMG,,,,, the massage chairs are better than a Chiropractor (SERIOUSLY). The Big Screens and the music are ethereal. Made an appointment the other day for 1:00pm for my friend and myself. We were greeted very rudely by one lady saying, "what do you want" no, "hello/welcome" or "how may I help you?". They ran out of hot water for my pedicure, so I had to wait 10 min for them to boil hot water, which once they poured in the tub, it was still cold. They never gave me any discount or anything on that. They also were not accommodating to me or my friend. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. read more

I visited CA Nails two weeks ago for a gel pedicure. Needless to say, I will not be back. The gel polish started to peel within one week and easily peeled off by day 10. This was incredibly disappointing being gel polish on the toes should and has lasted me months! I asked for them to trim the nails and they weren't done well and the filing to smooth your feet wasn't done well either. The woman who did my nails barely said a word to me. The place was dingy, the chairs were cracking and uncomfortable. There isn't much to say about this place except you can get better service and quality elsewhere. read more

I was at the Chaska, MN CA Nails recently because it was close and I didn't have a lot of time. I had a pedicure done by an older gentleman. He was very very rough. I told him he didn't need to do the leg/foot massage as I had a sore on my leg but I wanted him to fix my left dry heel. Needless to say, he didn't do that and did the most sloppiest painting job as I had to redo the big toes and he didn't even clean up where he went over on the nail. My daughter and I went here last Tuesday. Her gel nails have already came off, and mine are about to. The woman who worked with my daughter was lovely but everybody seemed to be in quite a hurry and they weren't very detailed. The gentleman who did my manicure was very hurried as well. He used an automatic sander to remove my previous gel polish. He was very rough. I dont think we would go there again. read more

Salon is clean, but the quality of the manicure was very poor. I kept having to explain to the man giving me the manicure how to shape my nails (I just wanted them short and round). Finally after two rounds of this, I asked him for the file and just did it myself. They were all uneven, ragged, and square. And instead of filing the nail shorter, he clipped them and even clipped some skin by accident. He left my cuticles looking worse than when I first came in. The gel application was just ok. He did not take care to keep it from bleeding into the cuticle. We'll have to see how long it lasts... With the crummy application, I have a feeling that I may have to get them done again sooner than I'd like. read more
