My first appointment was just a walk-in and I love that they made time for me! It was a super short wait and well worth it. I'd love to see more decals/glitters/flakes options, but what person wouldn't! Chris was able to get my Pinterest nails down perfectly and I love them! I'll be back. :)

Similar experience to some in the comments, went here with my mom and they gave us a booklet to pick from colors. Front desk girl was super friendly we picked our colors and sat down, this guy started doing my moms nails and got the wrong color and had to re do it, then rushed through quite a bit, and she was done quite early. An older lady came to do mine and the color was completely different then the color in the booklet (not her fault) so I asked for a different color, and that color was Barney purple when the booklet showed dark maroon. I finally just asked for a dark brown, apologized for the inconvenience, and she rushed through so fast and left little spots of nail polish on several toes and never cleaned them up afterwards. I had an extremely easy design and she called the guy over to do it, he went very fast and at first it looked okay but after I looked at them, they were awful and looked like a kid drew them on with a marker. Honestly just wishing I would have done them myself. I will say the massage was wonderful, the process was just very sped up and there weren't many people there at 10:30am so I'm not sure why we were treated that way. (To add- they have a sign in the front that if you leave a good review you'll get a discount. I was confused why the reviews were so high and the experience was so low and that explains it.)

Ok let's start with the pedicures! Tammy did mine and Sandy did my husbands. My husband is so picky with his pedicures! And Sandy blew all pedicures he has had so far out of the water! He did not feel rushed and he said the massage was so spot on!!!! Tammy was amazing! I have to agree that is the best pedicure I do believe I have EVER had. The detail to my toenails felt and helped relieve some toe pain I had been having. The massage chairs are more comfortable than most. Very clean! read more

After giving one design and being told "no we don't do ombré" I moved to this design. Besides the woman behind the desk that checked us in -nobody said a word the whole manicure. Very brief ,no massage or lotion or any personal service. The man working seemed annoyed that he had to do anything. My polish is already off and it was just done earlier today. read more

A lot of these bad reviews are older individuals who don't understand music like SZA (her lyrics are a lot deeper than whatever old fashioned idea you have of them), or people who don't understand the occasional language barrier. The people at Turbo Nails have always done their best to interpret what i want, execute it (successfully), and give me a good price for the service. I 100% recommend Turbo. read more

This is my favorite place to go to. My mom and I first went here last month and got treated SO WELL. The owner is wonderful and all of the nail techs are as well. This is now a place I frequent and they always have good recommendations of what I should get. I also live less than a mile away so it is tempting to even go there every week! read more

I have taken my daughters and granddaughters to this salon on several occasions and have been pleased with the quality of the work. However, when I took my fifteen year old granddaughter to the salon this week, that changed significantly. The music that played changed from instructions for the salon to the most raunchy music I have ever heard. There was a preponderance of f bombs, sexcapades and lyrics touting "killing my ex and going to hell". There were several young children in the salon at the time, and had my granddaughter not already been part way into her acrylics, I would have left to go to a higher class establishment. Not wanting to embarrass her, we finished the process and I later called Turbo Nails to express my displeasure. We will not be going back. read more

Been here twice now for fills and a pedicure and I am impressed! Very nice staff that are really talented in what they do. I like doing more fun stuff than just a solid color and they definitely know how to do that which is hard to find. They also take their time and make sure you leave happy. This is by far one of the worst nail shops I have ever been to. First the man who did my nails told me coffin wouldn't look good on my hands.. I felt pretty bad and got the shape he preferred me and man did it turn out bad. He was very harsh on my nails and ended up giving me a cut. I came here to get my nails done because my actual nail lady was unavailable at the time... So I called for an appointment and it was nice that they could get me in right away... But when I started to get my nails done I just kept getting hurt... They were too rough on my nails that they look absolutely terrible.. even though I was visibly getting hurt it was shrugged off... I will not be returning here ever again read more

Currently writing from the chair. I've been a walk in customer twice this week. I was impressed by how clean and the attention to detail that was shown on my full set. $5 up charge for longer nails. Did not book appt just did a walk in and they had time. Was worried they wouldn't be able to do my design as it was very complicated but they did such an amazing job.
