A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly. The wait is always way too long even if you schedule to get in, always running behind. They'll tell you your car is the next car up and then it's hours later before your car even goes in. Disorganized. They'll call and discuss repairs before doing them and will give you options, along with reasonable estimates on what needs to be done now and what could wait. Their prices are fair. The shop isn't slick and pretty; do not let that deter you; it doesn't affect the quality of their work. You can and should trust Stabley with your car. In my view, they are the best mechanics in northern Delaware.
