I never heard from them. I called, left a voicemail. I never heard back. In a panick I started looking up new bakeries in the area. I called about 10 places, including Charlene, and she was the only one to reach back out. She met with us the day of the wedding to give us the cupcakes and they were perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. My boyfriend requested to have some Halloween ones included and she was more than happy to make them.
