When our friend came back (not even 5 min later) we were told the cookies we ordered were no longer available. Instead of addressing the mistake or offering a solution, she continued serving multiple other customers while we waited nearly an hour with no resolution and no refund. While it's clear she was overwhelmed, that does not excuse the lack of basic service, communication, or accountability. No business should be operating with one employee if this is the result.
