Then I get a notification that my tire sensors were not working, as well as my airbags, my abs and front end sensor, plus the cruise control. I take it back to them the next day for them to check, and also noticed my oil was leaking as well. Well apparently I got there too close to closing, so they told me to bring the car back tomorrow. They didn't even offer to top off my oil. So I take it back the next day. Note this is accross town, and the price of gas was still high!! Trip number 3, they got the oil light reset, plus all of the other notifications stayed off for a whopping hour. They topped off my oil and tightened a seal, but said that they originally told me that my oil pan needed to be replaced, and that my car barely had any oil in it when I brought it in for the oil change. At the present, I have faulty tire sensors, airbags, no cruise control, no blind spot warnings, no front end sensors, plus, every time I start my car it stalls as a safety feature for at least a fourth of a mile. In essence, a simple oil change and tire rotation has turned into a complete nightmare that's going to cost me way more than I can afford!! I thought these were good honest mechanics at first, but I know now not to let them anywhere near my car and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!

Instead of inspecting it, the employee used a handheld tread gauge, showed me a red/yellow/green chart--clearly a marketing tool--and immediately tried to sell me a full set of tires for about $1,200. Notably, their own chart showed the tires were still in the "yellow," meaning they have usable life left. Despite that, they didn't even attempt to determine whether the leak could be patched. No one checked where the leak was or whether it was repairable. I understand the tires are nearing the end of their lifespan--that's not the issue. The issue is zero customer service and a completely scripted sales push. A basic inspection should come before a four-figure recommendation. I would have likely purchased my next set of tires here anyway.

Rented a temporary set of tires at this establishment in mid-August 2026. There was a discrepancy…read moreregarding payment, so I agreed with management to return the tires on a set date (09/12/2026). On 09/09 however, an RNR Tire Express employee by the name of Noah entered my property and began to lift up my vehicle to remove the tires earlier than the promised return date. After asking him to cease what he was doing, he cursed at me, calling me racial slurs, and then told me to back up before I "ticked him off". I then just entered my vehicle and left, but Noah proceeded to use RNR's company van to recklessly endanger my life and his by following me for miles down the road, trying to run me off the road and brake check me in order to stop my vehicle. Eventually he succeeded in stopping me, forcing me to park my vehicle in the middle of a 60mph+ highway and refusing to let me move until the police arrived. Shortly after this incident we returned to my house, he repossessed the tires 3 days early, and then management at the RNR store called me to request my vehicle's dash cam footage so they could "punish" the employee for his conduct. I happily agreed, stating that as long as I received an honest apology I would not pursue this matter further, but once I sent the video over as requested the store manager then accused me of sharing the video publicly online, threatening to sue me for "defamation of character" when I never defamed anyone's character. I exclusively shared the dash cam video privately with management upon their request and only them. The manager also proceeded to accuse me of "racism" despite his own employee using racial tactics in his original encounter with me at my house. After this call, the manager (who's name is Chris and is 66 years old) spent the entire day of 09/14 using fake Facebook accounts and burner YouTube/social media profiles to taunt and harass me. He also instructed his employees to do the same. This was by far the most unprofessional and highly egregious establishment I've ever dealt with in my life, and I think it is imperative that others steer clear of Rent 'n Roll Tire Express in Montgomery, Alabama. Otherwise you are subjecting yourself to potential personal injury and trauma. I am actively seeking therapeutic recovery based on the events that Chris and his employees put me through and will be considering contacting an attorney for further legal advice.
