I am really glad I found a place I can trust with all of my car needs. I was referred over to them by another company and they said C&C would be a great place for me to go to for any Japanese make cars and so I trusted them with my car after an accident I had where I had to deal with insurance which is a headache. Arvy was the one I spoke with most and he does everything he can to meet your needs and more/beyond, I am very thankful that he fixed as much of my car as he possibly could for a fair deal. It's so hard to find a good mechanic. I've been treated always kindly and fair by kuya Arvy. He's serviced my Mercedes and Toyota . Both times have been good. He'll also show and suggest the other services coming up for your vehicle but he won't push you to get them. If you just want the oil change that's cool with him. In my experience his oil changes have been cheaper by 5 dollars than other places. 5 bucks is 5 bucks , that's like your coffee or boba . His wait times might be long or they might be busy but he'll let you know the estimated wait time or if another day is better for you to come in . I went in for an oil change and Arvey gave my car a thorough check and told me about what I might need in the future, showed me pictures he took of the possible issues, showed me the diagnostic about my soon to be dead battery, my almost shot brakes and various leaking seals. He was giving me the breakdown because he was being helpful not because he was selling me future services. I asked him for a quote and he showed me where he bought his parts and how much they cost and showed me his labor costs, which were VERY reasonable! Thank you so much Arvy for taking care of my car on a Sunday morning! It's 9am on Sunday and I was about to drive up to Bay Area and broke my trunk while I was packing. It just wouldn't close. Thank God C&C is open on Sunday. We got there before the shop was open, when he got there, he immediately attended us and tried to figure out what went wrong with the trunk before he even opened his shop! He worked on it for 30 minutes, after he fixed it he tried closing and opening it many times to ensure it's working properly. I had Dino and Arvy diagnose and change out A/C components in my 2006 WRX. This particular car runs really hot since it has a turbo. The car also has 179,000 miles on the odometer, so there's a bit of age to it as well. They were able to locate where the issue was and install a new A/C compressor as a result of diagnosis. Along with the install was a flush/purge of related fluids and chemicals. The install was clean, and the engine bay was cleaned as well. A few weeks later after the install, and the a/c works PERFECTLY. I could ask for better service and would not mind going to them again in the future. read more

First of all, he tried to figure out what the issue was with the car (and that dreaded check engine light). When that was done, he will walk you through the parts he'll have to order along with the cost of labor. If that's not enough, they send you text message updates while they're working on your car. That's the first time I've seen such a feature and I think it's awesome to know what they're doing to your car while you're killing time some place else. When I went to pick up my car and paid for the services, Arvy took me for another drive around the block to make sure I was satisfied with how the car was running. Heck, he even texted me on a Sunday (on his day off) just to make sure I had no issues. Now you can see why I had to create a Yelp account right?
