This time I took my 2015 Range Rover evoque. My car had to be towed from the scene as it was leaking radiator fluid and the guys were nice enough to send over a tow truck. The car was in pretty bad shape coolant tank was broken and front end was pretty smashed in. Total damage ended up being around $18,000 but I didn't once have a single worry about the outcome. I can't be more thankful to have discovered the wonderful and professional team at C&C. After dealing with so many sketchy body shops in the San Gabriel Valley, I had lost hope in finding a good local shop to bring my M3 and M5 to. No shop is definitely perfect, but this one is pretty darn close! I decided to stop by C&C after being referred by a friend with a higher end car. If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. I was really impressed with C&C. I was involved in a car accident on New Year's Eve and sent it there. The insurance company was difficult to deal with. And they tried to bully me and C&C into using inferior after-market parts and even tried to force them to use used tires as replacements. Rett fought with them every step of the way. Not like the usual autobody shops that would cater to whatever the insurance company wanted and just total a good vehicle. They fought for me and what I wanted at every turn. These guys were on my side. You want to go to this place that will listen to their customers, not the insurance company, but the actual vehicle owners. They communicated with me regularly. A lot of things were out of their power, such as parts delivery, but they were on the phone trying to get the right parts and kept in touch with me to give me status updates. I got my vehicle back the other day. And--wow!--it looked like it just came off the lot. The one thing, I really have to stress is that they kept their word to me. So, if you're looking for an autobody shop that will fight for you, have the integrity to keep its word, and a quality of work that's second to none, then this is your place. Unfortunately, I've had to come into the body shop 2 times in the past month (different cars). Fortunately, C&C Collision was there to handle every both. My Lexus IS was hit by a retread on the freeway and my Acura TSX was re-ended all within a couple of weeks of each other. So you know how after an unfortunate incident whether it be an auto accident or a random run-in with a piece of debris on the freeway you wish you could turn back the hands of time and pretend it never happened? Well, your in luck. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure the guys over at C & C Collision have some kind of time machine doohickey they use to help customers reverse embarrassing damage caused to their cars. Thats how I felt when the front bumper of my M3 lost a fight to a piece of ricocheting asphalt on the 110 freeway. It was Wednesday... mid-morning, traffic was moving swiftly in the fast lane. Suddenly... a loud BANG. I quickly scan the freeway to identify the potential hazard. A Silverado in the far right had run over some loose asphalt setting off an army of baseball sized dent machines. The biggest piece of asphalt ricocheted from one side of the 110 to the other dodging cars left and right as it made its way over to the fast lane. It hits the center divider, changes course and is now coming at my M3 with the rage and precision of spinning ninja star. I do a mini swerve to the right but no luck, it grazes the left side of my bumper carving out a nice deep cut. Freaking out and extremely upset, I take it to the nearest body shop. Luckily it was C & C. 8 hours later... as if waking up from a bad nightmare, I get my M3 back in perfect condition. They didn't even have to repaint the whole bumper. I initially went to C & C Collision thinking that my car will be repaired. With their stellar reputation for quality of work, I had no doubt that my car would come out flawless. Well, it turns out that underneath what I thought was minor damage was actually unrepairable frame damage. When it seemed like my insurance was trying to pull every trick in the book to have my car inadequately repaired, Nathan spent countless hours on the phone and in person with multiple levels of my insurance's claims office, adjusters, supervisors, etc... to make sure they understood why a total loss was in order for my car. Nathan kept me in the loop at all times and although I was a first time customer, he treated me as though I was the most important client he had. For 40+ days, he fought a war with my insurance to make sure I wasn't treated unfairly. HONEST auto body shops are hard to find... but C&C Collision is as good as it gets. My brand spanking new car was rear ended 2 weeks after I purchased it on the freeway, and it pushed me into the car in front. I took my baby to C&C Collision at the recommendation of a friend of mine that raved about that place. Getting in a car accident is a pain in the rear, but Nicolette & Nathan could not have made the process any smoother. They handled all the paperwork, explained everything thoroughly for a car illiterate person like me, and kept me updated throughout the process. My insurance company on the other hand.. made the process HELL. They were giving them trouble with approving the damages, tried to get them to use aftermarket parts on my 2 week old car, and fought with them on everything... and I'm sure the body shop could have easily succumbed to the insurance company's wishes and only repaired the bare minimum required with cheaper after market parts and get it over with. HOWEVER.. Nathan and Nicolette really fought for me and my best interest.. tooth and nail... and in the end was able to get almost all that they asked for with insurance. It took them about 11 supplements and forced my insurance company to come out over and over again to inspect my car and get the damages approved. Nathan even made some additional repairs out of his own pocket that my insurance wouldn't approve because he felt it was the right thing to do, and he didn't feel comfortable NOT doing it just because my insurance "said so". I have found my one stop shop for all my car repair needs from here on out.. and I strongly recommend everyone else to use them too! They have 5 out of 5 stars on here for a reason..they are the best all around. Both customer service and the quality of their work were above and beyond. My review is long overdue. I can say that I've been a customer for more than 6 years now. When I first used C&C, they were still at the Pasadena location, and now they have totally upgraded to a sprawling pad in Alhambra. I must say, the new location is awesome! Not that the old one was bad, but it's definitely an upgrade. I like the drink station that they've set up, the comfortable couches and big screen TV for customers. All it's missing is an automatic donut dispenser. LOL Ok...so here are the details about my repairs that I've had done at C&C: First time (6 years ago): turned way too fast and jumped the curb. Front bumper completely messed up and wheel too. C&C replaced with a new bumper and fixed my wheel. The work has been done over 6 years ago, and it still looks great. Like new! Second time (March 2016): recently got hit by a dumb dumb and messed up the rear passenger side of my car, alignment was off as well. C&C replaced stuff that needed to be new, fixed and painted my door and rear fender. Looks like new! P.S. Porsche Cayman in case you were wondering what kind of car.... Nicholette is the person in charge of the office, she'll take calls, send out text message updates and handles the paperwork....oh...she collects your money too. Rett is my man! The first job, both Rett and Nate helped me, but this second time around, Rett took care of me from start to finish. Rett is EXTREMELY nice, patient and will listen to ALL of your concerns, and trust me, I have always have a lot of questions. I have brought my range rover here on several occasions -- once to fix the front bumper from an accident, and other times to fix/replace my tires on my aftermarket wheels. My ranger rover is painted matte black and they had no problems matching the color. They are a great shop to work with. Everyone is courteous and really helpful. I want to preface this by saying that I rarely if at all take time to write a review on Yelp, unless my experience was amazing..... I was referred to C & C Collision from another body shop when they did not want to/know how to repair my 1973 Porsche Targa which had been rear ended. C & C was known to repair and restore classic cars. I met with Nathan Simmons the owner of C & C and he was extremely informative and was an expert with classic cars. He was transparent and honest with what needed to be done and even offered to fix a couple dings along the way. His office staff Nicolette was on top of keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs and was extremely friendly. The shop was clean and very inviting. C & C goes above other body shops was when Nathan helped me battle my own insurance company who did not want to authorize the repairs and tried to send me to one of their own body shops who admitted they did not know how to repair classics. Nathan did his due diligence and convinced the insurance company that my car was a classic and needed the expertise other body shops did not have. Nathan even fixed a prior mistake that a previous body shop had made for no charge (he probably won't like hearing this part). His crew did an amazing job and when my Porsche was returned to me, it looked brand new. Even when I took to my mechanic to get an oil change they thought I had a complete new paint job. Woo-whoo!!! Just don't know what it is about our (smashed) cars and C&C Collison....another year, and another insurance company **TOTALED CAR**!!! To be absolutely CLEAR, this is absolutely NOTHING BAD at all to say about C&C. I **LOVE** these guys - their customer service & professionalism is TOP-NOTCH! Just kind of wondering that this is one of those weird, "cosmic karma" (or whatever!) type of things.... Recently, our 2002 Toyota Echo was SMASHED from behind while parked at a stop-light. Luckily, the crash was not severe in terms of affecting us health-wise, and the other driver was insured (Allstate). Initially, based on simple visual inspection, Allstate's adjuster estimated it was about $1800 to replace the bumper, trunk lid, tail-lights, etc. Brought the car in to C&C. After they tore-down the bumper & trunk lid, it turned out that there was frame damage underneath the bumper. What was initially thought to be less than $2K of damage just escalated to a repair job in excess of $6,000. Obviously, a 2002 Toyota Echo is not worth that, and Allstate totaled the car and offered us a pretty good cash settlement which we took. This is the **SECOND TIME** in 2 years that we took a car in to C&C which in the end became a TOTAL LOSS. Last year (2012), it was our Honda Civic. The **POINT** of this story is that ALTHOUGH in the end, through absolutely no fault of the GREAT STAFF & MANAGEMENT of C&C that they did NOT get the opportunity to fix our car - while the car was at C&C (before we settled with the insurance company), EVERY interaction we had and/or experienced with everyone at C&C was simply outstanding! From the great, efficient, warm & friendly front office manager (Nicolette) to the two owners, Nathan & Rett - I was completely impressed by their efficiency, knowledgeable advice they gave in terms of how best to deal with insurance companies, and their in-depth knowledge about all phases of the auto-body repair process. Eventually, I'm sure that one of my cars will need body repair work where it will **NOT** be a TOTAL LOSS scenario, and I will definitely have the great folks at C&C do the job. I honestly cannot imagine a way that service in ANY industry could be better than this place. Yeah, I know. It sounds over the top, but my experience working with C&C was amazing. I was suprised how many opportunities they found to make me feel genuinely taken care of. Nicolette's communication with me was particulaly notable. She would contact me to let me know what was going on with my car. They would call me and text me at different points, but not is a weird or annoying way. It was more like if you go on vacation, and the neighbor who is taking care of your cat sends you a picture of the cat looking ok while you are gone. just nice. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and stylish, though I don't think I ever had to spend more than 3 minutes in it. Seriously, I would highly recommend that they write and publish a book on customer service. . What a find this place is! Yesterday, I had the misfortune of rolling my little 1982 Toyota pickup right into the back of shiny, new Lexus. Arghhh!! Although the Lexus didn't suffer much more than a scrape, my poor troca's bumper was pushed up against one of my front tires. As a result, I could only drive straight or make right turns. No es bueno. After figuring out how to get to this place without having to make a single left turn, I stopped by for a visit. I spoke with Nicolette at the front desk. She was so nice! I told her that because my truck was worth less than some handbags, it was not worth the money to spring for a new one. She disappeared for a sec to relay my situation to one of the owners, Rett. Rett came out, asked me to give him 5 minutes, and then he went outside to take a look at the damage. In about 4 minutes, he came back into the office and told me I was ready to roll. I asked him how much, he said, "no charge." Awesome. I don't know what he did, but he did it with his bare hands, and I was able to make left turns again! Because my truck is on its last legs (tires, whatever), bending the bumper back to its original position was the perfect solution for me. I'm eager to write a terrific review for this company for just one reason: THEY EARNED IT. Every single aspect of my experience was thoroughly professional, top-of-the-line customer service, and results that are top notch. My first time to use this company, I was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly way - she told me the guy I needed to see was on the phone, and had one customer in the room ahead of me - but, it wouldn't take long if I'd like to wait. In less that 5 minutes, Nathan inspected the problem, told me what some "top layer" options were - and, he advised there may be some other issues found when they got inside. He drove the car back to the technician who worked on it for no more than 10 minutes or so. Voila! The problem was 98% completed on the spot. Nathan told me if I wanted to address the small adjustment that remained, it would take no more than 1/2 days' time and I can bring it in when I can spare the car for those few hours. By the way, the shop is neat as a pin, outward appearance of the building and landscape is pristine, relaxing lobby music in the background, the waiting area is spotless, comfortable, with pod coffee maker, cold beverages at hand, and a ginormous flat screen on the wall playing an interesting documentary. C & C Collision sets the bar that other shops try to meet. In 2006, Nathan worked on my show car that other body shops turned down due to the difficulties with the custom body kit. Since getting the car back, it has appeared in numerous magazines. Nathans paint ideas on my engine bay and body work have been complimented by numerous people. Rett was very helpful in taking the weight off me and worked with the insurance appraiser in getting the custom bumper fixed. Not an easy feat to accomplish, as the custom bumper takes more labor hours than most insurance companies are willing to pay for. He really went the extra miles for me. This place is expensive.... I was quoted for $4000 on one dent in the rear end of a used budget car. Most other places were quoted on average of 500 to 700. Where the hell are all these 5 star reviews coming from? Might as well buy another used car for 4000. What a rip off.... read more

This review is long overdue and since I found Nathan on Yelp I figure I better let my fellow yelpers know how good C & C Collision is. Without boring you with details about the shitty body shop I originally took my car too, which I posted as well on Yelp, Nathan went above and beyond what any body shop should do, what did he do? let me tell you... So the body shop that I had my car at, was totally jerking me around and would not release my car until he was "paid". In the midst of battling with the deush, Nathan took a full morning and drove with me to Culver City to pick up my car, which we didn't get, however Nathan convinced the owner of the body shop to give him all of the parts to my car so that we didn't waste the entire 3 hour round trip. Thank you Nathan, you really didn't have to do that... Why did I pick C and C? Nathan and Rhett do a lot of custom work, especially on BMW's, which I have. I noticed that they had done a "frozen" paint scheme (matte finish) on another car which I found online and I asked Nathan what he thought....He had never seen matte graphite and thought that it would look amazing and let me tell you it does. After Nathan went to bat with my insurance, my baby came out of C and C looking crazy good. I can't begin to tell you the compliments I get on my car. Yes previous reviews about Nicolette are true, she is the sweetest woman and so helpful on the phone, I knew where my baby was at all times. They warranty their work for life, which very few body shops do if at all anymore. Lastly, the original body shop I had my car at, kept my rear view mirror and a couple other parts that would have cost me $1000 if I had to buy myself. Nathan called the jerk-off and told him that it would be best for all parties involved if he gave me back my parts instead of me going to court to get them, the next day my parts were returned to me, Nathan, you have a way with words!! In conclusion, if you need a quality body shop that does not only everyday cars, but your top of the line BMW's"s, Porsche's, MBZ's C and C Collision with Nathan, Rhett and Nicolette as well as their crew are the place to go, why do you think they now have 36 five star reviews? it isn't by accident (ha ha).....you guys have a life long customer with me!! I don't write reviews too often anymore, but I had such wonderful experience at C&C collision that I had to share it. My car was hit while it was parked but the driver gave me his insurance information to get it taken care of. I had some damage on my bumper from his practically brand new car hitting me. I was referred over to C&C from a good friend of mine who is a huge car enthusiast and after checking out their outstanding reviews, gave them a call. After chatting with Nathan, I knew I would be in good hands leaving my beloved car with them. I'm kind of a car guy myself, and my car means everything to me because of the joy it brings me when I see and drive it. I actually had to go through hoops with the other drivers insurance to get them to inspect my car at C&C, but after a little bit of advice on my rights, I stuck to my guns and was able to have my car inspected at their location. Apparently, it's something insurance companies do very often to have you bring your vehicle to one of their "preferred" shops to get it inspected in hopes that you end up leaving it there to be repaired. I didn't want any other shop other than C&C to do anything with my car after chatting with them and reading their reviews. Their staff is super friendly and always smiling. Nathan and Rett are experts and know what they're doing. Nicolette is a sweet heart and made all the paperwork quick and painless. She even went out of her way to get me a rental while my car was in their shop. In a few quick days, my car was back and better than ever. The bumper looks brand-spanking new! I even noticed other scratches here and there around my car were touched-up while it was in for repairs, all because they noticed it and went ahead and went above and beyond. The car was washed inside and out and it just looked amazing. I really can't say enough about them and my experience. I would definitely come back and will refer my friends and family over to them if they ever need their services. Fabulous service I have been going to C and C Collision for years. I would not ever take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Last year I rear ended a truck and had front bumper damage. I went there without our an appointment and they looked at the damage, color matched my paint. My Jeep was drivable so they ordered all the parts, painted everything. When that stuff was ready I dropped off my Jeep they installed everything and called me in 3 hours to go pick up my vehicle. My Jeep looked like brand new. I never had to leave me car over night, nor did I need to waste money renting a car. Nate and Rett will do an awesome job at your repair work, they'll go the extra mile to make sure your repairwork gets done right, from the prep work, to the actual paint work and post polish work they'll go the whole 9 yards to ensure a proper repair is done. Excellent customer service and it won't matter 1,3,5,10+ years later after repair work is done, if at any point you're unsatisfied they'll make sure you, the customer, are left happy in the end, which you probably wont be since they do it right the first time. read more
