My experience with Hi-Quality Auto Body was excellent, and I especially want to recognize Patrick for his outstanding customer service. My daughter and I initially came in because we thought her front bumper needed to be replaced. Patrick took the time to look at the car carefully and explain that because of damage to an adjoining panel, simply replacing the bumper would likely lead to additional work and significantly more expense. What impressed me most was that he wasn't focused on selling us the most expensive repair. Instead, he talked us through our options and suggested a much more practical solution for the condition of the car right now. We came back a couple of days later, and he took care of it quickly and got everything looking much better than it did before. Patrick was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely considerate of our budget. It is rare to encounter someone in any business who seems more interested in helping a customer make the right decision than in maximizing what they can charge them. I walked in without an appointment to get an estimate. The paint was peeling along one of the back pillars of my white Honda Civic. Someone was available immediately to look at my car. They walked through exactly what labor and parts would go into my repair. Unfortunately, that would at least require removing the rear window and bumper, which is Honda's issue not theirs. I got quoted a very fair price for the amount of work needed but it wasn't worthwhile at that cost for me to fix cosmetic paint damage. The estimator instead gave me some very helpful DIY tips to patch up the paint. Very reasonable and honest estimate, I would definitely come back in the future. read more

I cannot recommend this shop more highly. I went in because I had a piece of chrome trim that was bent and dislodged from the window panel. I came in for an estimate for repair. I was referred to Mike, a young man with a beaming smile whose demeanor instantly communicates great customer service. I showed him the problem and he advised that I would have to replace the entire panel as the chrome piece does not come separately. He advised it would cost approximately 250 - 400 dollars. I was bummed. But then he said "or I can just glue it for you." I asked him how much that would cost - he said nothing, he would DO IT FOR FREE. I hit the side of my garage when backing out and realized my front bumper had fallen a bit on the side. I collected the plastic pins that fell out and went to hi quality.l signed in and was quickly greeted by Michael. He was friendly and patient and smiling throughout. After assessing the situation, he determined that no parts were needed and put the bumper back. He even wiped the bumper clean of paint that came off my garage. I was seriously going to leave this place 5 stars because of Mike and his amazing service but the owner Elliott was so rude and pushy when i went last week to the point where my experience has been pushed to a 1. You would think the owner himself wouldn't be the one to leave this kind of impression on certain customers that he couldn't care less to take care of, while he was noticeably more courteous to some others when I didn't even do anything to call for this type of dismissive and rude service. Meanwhile Mike and Patrick who work here were nice (I really wish I could give 5 stars if it wasn't for the owners attitude) but how ironic that the owner himself does not care about this impression he leaves on the potential clients of his own business. I did my due diligence and called ahead of time before I came in just to make sure it was OK first and described what kind of evaluation I'm coming in for, and they said sure no problem. So I came in and me and Mike were discussing all the things I had come in for, no more no less, and Elliott was constantly interrupting us and giving us a look and calling out to Mike basically making it obvious that he wants him to be done already and get moving to someone else. At one point he even basically pulled me and Mike aside and loudly clapped his hands with his eyes all popping out like a case of hyperthyroidism and said rudely and loudly "Sorry but we need Mikes UNDIVIDED ATTENTION!" As he clapped with each word and I felt so bad for Mike that I initiated telling Mike myself no problem at all I will personally volunteer to go inside to wait for him cause I don't want to get him in trouble. So I waited patiently as long as I needed to until Mike was done/free again to help me, no problem. But sure enough as soon as we get back outside, no more than a few minutes passed until Elliott came back with his condescending attitude again and then although he came up to me to introduce himself when he saw my surprise, it was not in a way that seemed genuine or nice and basically just wanted to get me out of the way and was very indirectly brash and off putting, the fact that he even said "Sorry I don't mean to offend you or hope you don't take offense", wtf? Lol nigha don't talk to me like that what is your backhanded comment supposed to do? And then he basically interrupted Mike coming back to get me and acted as if he was coming back to apologize but instead just threw that backhanded comment followed by "now can we have your keys so we can move your car out of the way?" I usually wouldn't mind a basic reasonable request for something like that at all but Mr Claus/Murica over here has seriously got to work on his attitude a little because he was so bad at hiding it even when he tried, not that I believe he was even trying to really. He did try to explain how busy it gets on Fridays only when he saw that he was getting Me to the point where i would probably end up quietly following his as* later but do you really have to be so rude until your customers eventually get to that point for you to even try to say something? And even then he still followed up with his rude/backhanded comment even after. Anyway, thank you to Mike for still handling all of the customers and not forgetting me while still being A+ on his attitude with everyone while successfully juggling so many things while dealing with a rude boss. Not to mention he is very knowledgeable and transparent and shows that he is there for the customer. Also thank you to Patrick afterwards for being nice while I was waiting. Sometimes owners can get so blindsided by numbers that they forget the rules of respect (for both their employees and customers) and basic customer service which at the end of the day can have a butterfly effect on the entire business. There is a way to handle all those things with efficiency and speed while still giving a genuinely nice attitude to those around you instead of emanating your vibe of anxiety and frustration onto everyone else around you. Isn't that part of operating a good business? Despite being the owner Elliott could learn something from his own staff. The pearl white on my 2019 Mazda 3 is a difficult color to match as it's a pearl tri-coat paint but they did a great job tinting/blending the bumper to match the side panels. Repair only took about a week with my insurance and Domingo kept me updated throughout the process. I had an awesome experience at this shop. An auto repair shop isn't always where you want to have to go, but it's good when you can find a spot that's honest and reliable. I had a fender bender in a parking lot and had to get an estimate. I wanted to get a few of them, not just to get a price, but also to get a "vibe". There are so many places around and I don't know one from another. And I know repairs can be a lengthy process, especially when dealing with insurance, and there will be a lot of back and forth and having to to stay on top of the progress. After seeing all the positive reviews for Hi Quality, I decided to stop by and have them take a look at my car. They were the 3rd or 4th shop I stopped by at that point. I got walked around the inside of the shop, which looked organized and clean. Their waiting area has a few sofas and complimentary drinks. Front desk receptionist is efficient and straightforward. Diego helped me and he was friendly, efficient, told me the process, and even pointed out a detail about a potentially defective manufacturer part, that no other shops mentioned. I appreciate the honesty, even though it left me a little worried that it might result in something not quite being repaired to factory quite the same due to supply chain issues. But I decided to leave the vehicle in their hands. I was kept apprised of updates from Diego through phone calls and texts. There was one minor snafu at one point where the insurance claimed they were waiting for the shop, and the shop claimed they were waiting for insurance on some estimate changes. I'm really not sure whose fault it was, but it was eventually resolved. My car was done in about 3 weeks and they did an awesome job. The paint is a perfect match and they did a walk around on the lights, turn signals when I picked up the car. I was able to use debit card to pay the amount that insurance sent me, got my paperwork and left with a couple handshakes. I'll definitely use them again! read more

Elliott (the owner) and his team are superb. When I came to pickup my car, I was again greeted and directed to the waiting area and told me to help myself with the drinks. During the repair process, Elliott was very informative and kept me up to date with the estimated delivery dates of the car parts and at certain points, offered me options on how to repair my car based on how fast I want my car back. He provided pros and cons of each option. He also wanted to make sure that his communication style was suitable for me and was open to me letting him know if I preferred an update at major milestones or to update me as he was getting updates. After I got my car back, Elliott and his team made sure that I inspected the car and the repair work that was done. My car was detailed and I was barely able to recognize it. After I left Hi Quality, I noticed that there was a flap that was sticking out. I brought the car back and Elliott's team helped me fix it. I then realized that that was not the area that was repaired. Elliott and his team was still happy to fix that area of my car for me. Following an accident which resulted in damage to my rear bumper, I took my car to Hi-Quality Auto Body for an estimate and repair. Moissey inspected the damaged areas, quickly provided me with a written estimate, and went over the details of what the repair would involve (e.g. removal of the bumper, repair of the damaged areas, and priming and painting of the bumper). I left my car at the shop the following morning and the shop repaired my car over the next four days. Moissey provided me with daily progress reports and answered all of my questions. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was greeted by the shop's owner and then led into the back work area where my car was waiting. First, I was amazed at the quality of the repair and the paint work. The three-step Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic is notoriously difficult to match and requires careful preparation and paint application in order to achieve a quality finish. The painter at Hi-Quality fully achieved this goal. The color and finish of the repaired bumper perfectly matched the rest of the car and the gloss was terrific. The technicians at Hi-Quality also fully detailed my engine compartment, the interior and exterior of the car, and the trunk and my car looked like it did the first day I picked it up at the dealer. When I was searching for a body shop to work on my low mileage, one-owner Scion XB, I decided to go with High Quality. I spoke to the owner and I told him it was important for me to keep the same fender because I wanted all matching VINs. They could have just replaced the fender and called it a day, but they made sure to work the fender and put extra care into it so I can keep all my VINs matching (on this car, there are OEM VIN plates on the fenders, doors, trunk, etc). When my car got hit while parked, my hub cap was cracked. HQ was able to find a discontinued set for me and replaced all four! The customer service was great. The body work was great. The paint clarity is great, with no orange peel. They even detailed the whole car before returning it to me (inside and out). I would love to bring my other cars here for body work, but with great work comes with great prices. You get what you pay for.
