There are so many amazing things I can say about Hi M Auto Body & Paint. So to best describe my experience I will organized it in bullet points. 1. The level of customer service: Hi M gets 5 stars for customer service because I was originally referred to Hi M by another auto body shop. I was in a car accident and my insurance was covering everything so I wanted to go to a shop I knew would take great care of me not my insurance company. I was introduced to David who was in charge of my account. The moment I arrived, he knew who I was and was effectively communicated by the person who recommended me there. Already a great indication they were on top of everything. (They treated me 1000% better than Audi does) 2. The auto body shop and the office was immaculate. The garage was spotless and I can tell they kept it clean routinely. When I stepped in the office it was spotless. Papers were filed, there wasn't a hint of dust, debris or stains anywhere. Every other shop I've been to has been filthy and after coming to Hi M, my expectations have been raised. But I'll probably never go anywhere else for body work on my car. 3. After getting my car back I was blown away. My car looked brand new! The work they did was incredible. There have been times where I can see little details that gave away hints my car has been worked on but Hi M did an incredible job on making my car look back to its original form. 4. Again this goes back to going up and beyond with customer service. I had issues with my car some time after and David recommended me to a shop nearby and not only did he help me set it up but I also had issues getting a rental so David set up the rental for me so ensure I was getting the best rates. The mechanic I went to (by David's recommendation) also was amazing and did great work on the interior of my car. 10/10 I would recommend Hi M! Brought my 2013 subaru wrx sedan in to have a spoiler installed. I needed holes drilled into my wingless trunk and the spoiler installed. I was quoted a fair price, nothing super expensive based on other shops with the same work. They got me in and out and only needed about 2.5 hours. Overall the spoiler installation was fantastic. I am happy they followed the guide that came with spoiler and installed it perfectly. Would definitely come back for more body work. read more

Hi M is definitely the one I'll recommend to anybody. The owner is a BMW certified technician with decades of experience under his belt. The driver side door check/stop got stuck and I forced the door shut and it severely damaged the door busting through the door panel and damaging the window guide. To repair this, I would have to get a new door through the BMW repair center that would have cost about $3,000. Since I have an older 5 Series, It wouldn't be worth it. The BMW collision repair shop, suggested that I go to HI M Auto Body & Paint to see if they can repair the damaged door and replace the door check/stop. So I went there and found out that the owner, Manny, use to work for various authorized BMW repair shops for decades. What is best is that you deal with Manny and not some service personnel so you have a direct relationship with the person whom is working on your car. Manny meticulously repaired the door and you could not tell that there was any damage. Additionally, he doesn't nickel and dime you and filled in a missing rivet to the door regulator that some other repair shop installed a while back--at no charge. I was very impressed with HI M that I wanted to let others know about my experience so I started yelp, thus this is my first review. I would highly recommend HI M Auto Body & Paint not just for the quality workmanship, but also the great customer service! read more

If you appreciate a family owned business I highly recommend this place. Ran by a father and son they make sure they provide the best service. When My car was crashed into I took it in to this bodyshop and explained the inconvenience it would be leaving my car on a weekday so They promised to fix the car ASAP. And so they did on a weekend. Their service was fast and they also helped me follow up with the insurance company that was suppose to pay for my damages!!
