First, Emilio and Tyler C., came to the house and took the time to sit with us and explain the process, they took a look at the entire house, and then we set up a time to meet at their store location to get detailed recommendations and view samples. With absolutely no knowledge going into this process, we didn't feel like we were getting pressured to sign a contract or upsold on things that didn't fit our needs. Even after going back and forth with products, I felt heard and supported by everyone we dealt with. The team at TWP assisted us through the whole approval process with our HOA and took care of any questions that needed to be answered. They were true to their timeline and actually over estimated completion time. The crew from Pahl Construction were all very professional and conscientious about keeping debris and dust to a minimum. At least one person from the management came by the house during installation to check progress and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The crew either wore shoe covers or simply took their shoes off in our house (which we requested and no one balked!). They communicated the status of our materials and work progress very clearly, and they left each day after cleaning up as much as possible. I have three kids in the house, so this was very much appreciated! I cannot recommend these guys more!! We have had so many compliments on our windows!

I went to the showroom to try to speak with someone. He said that they were not sure if they could install windows in our lanai due to Palm Beach permit issues. I informed him that they had installed my neighbor's windows with no problem. He told me that he would get back to me shortly with the estimate. It never came. I called them about a week later and told him that several other companies have installed in our development. His reply was "Why don't you just call them." I was shocked. They strung us along for about 3 weeks. They passed on an over $40,000 job. Suffice to say, we went with another company which was simply terrific. Our windows are perfect and there was NO problem with Palm Beach County permits. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!
