I trusted them to completely replace our system, and they did it quickly, efficiently and at a good price. And Nestor had followed up on multiple requests I had to make a couple of adjustments so that our new system was running perfectly. It's 95F today and our new Bryant AC is running COLD air and holds it's own. I got estimates from multiple providers who wanted to rip me off because my furnace was broken on the coldest day of the year. Nestor gave me an honest quote and didn't give me excuses like "I need to do extra sheet metal work" or "your system needs a new flue". He figured out what was the best midrange furnace and AC for our house and quickly installed it so our house wouldn't freeze up. His installation was up to code. The Nest thermostat didn't work at first but when I mentioned it wasn't working, he came back the next day and fixed it. The aC and furnace he installed are quiet and energy efficient. He also installed a high quality air filter. I looked for leaks in his duct work and I couldn't find any. He correctly set up the condensate drip line to extend 1 feet past the foundation of the home. I do wish he put a more sturdy mat for my aC, time will tell if it shifts and he has promised to come back if I need any adjustments.

Logan's Mechanical misdiagnosed my 2022 furnace, claiming the gas valve was defective when the real issue was corroded gas burners. They quoted $500 for a valve that retails around $200, and a total of $1,500 for the replacement which is extremely expensive based on standard pricing. They also failed to check whether the unit was still under warranty. If I had approved the repair, the actual problem would have remained and I would have paid $1,500 for nothing. I tried to resolve this directly, but the supervisor said he would call "when he has time." It has now been about a week with no follow-up, only contact from assistants. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

Upon contacting my tenant, I learned that the plumber had visited, did minimal work, stayed for less than an hour, and left. I immediately checked my credit card and found an unauthorized charge of $495. The next morning, I called your number but received no answer. When I reached the plumber directly, he admitted he was going to call me but chose not to because it was "too late." He claimed the $495 was a "inspection fee" and that an additional $450 would be needed to complete the repair. We had a brief dispute, and I informed him I would pursue this matter through formal channels. I have since disputed the unauthorized charge with my credit card company and am awaiting resolution. Meanwhile, your continued efforts to contact the property owner through third parties to seek payment are inappropriate and unacceptable. I hereby put you on formal notice of the following: Your advertising and initial representations were deceptive and constitute fraud; You intentionally avoided contacting the cardholder at the time of visit under the pretense of it being too late; You charged a significantly higher amount without authorization; No actual repair was performed since the water was still leaking. and I have written statements, messages, and screenshots from multiple tenants to confirm this.
