Two weeks ago, my dog suffered a broken blood vessel in his eye due to a grooming harness that was not adjusted properly. While being dried, he attempted to jump off the grooming table. Although the groomer caught him, there was a moment when he was left hanging by the harness. As a professional grooming business, I would expect staff to anticipate that dogs may try to jump and ensure proper safety measures are in place. My niece picked him up and contacted me right away. When she sent me a photo of his eye, I was heartbroken. After I called and left a voicemail, an employee named Carla returned my call and initially stated that my dog had arrived with the injury. If that were true, I question why grooming services would have been performed on a dog with a visibly red and swollen eye. Later, after reviewing the video footage, Carla called back and acknowledged that she could see where the injury occurred. She advised me to take my dog to the veterinarian and stated that the expenses would be covered. I did exactly that and provided both the veterinarian's notes and my receipt. I only requested reimbursement for the grooming service ($100) and the veterinary bill ($125). However, the owner has since claimed that the incident was my dog's fault and has refused responsibility. If you love your pet, I encourage you to carefully consider this experience before bringing them here. My goal is simply to prevent another dog from suffering the way my Teddy has. PS-They don't deserve a single star. It's the lowest level you can select with Yelp.

Every single one we went to had the annoying habit of scheduling a boatload of people at the same time so when I show up with my pup, it was utter chaos and insanity. While the last two groomers all did a decent job on our fur baby, I didn't like that they only worked M-F and not Saturdays. I totally get that, I only work M-F and don't work Saturdays either, but taking time off on a weekday morning to take my pup in and taking more time off to pick him up is not convenient for me. Anyway, went on the Stockton Reddit thread and got several recommendations, and Paw Prints was one of them. I called on a Friday and had no expectations of getting an appointment for the next day and would have been fine with the following Saturday, but the owner, Jeanne, told me she still had availability for this Saturday. After explaining to her my issues with previous groomers, she told me it would be fine if I wanted to bring in my pup between 9:30-10, to avoid the rush, which I did and it was so nice because I was the only one there. Picked up my fur baby a few hours later and he was sooo handsome and adorable. It had been seven weeks since his last grooming (hubby was calling him Ragamuffin) and he looked so good! Jeanne and her crew did such a wonderful job. I scheduled Bandit's next appointment before I left.

Some outlets in our office wouldn't turn on during the session (obviously) but everything resumed completely back to normal once she unplugged and left. Lastly, she's super affordable. For $105 she bathed, trimmed the hair, cleaned his ears, cut his nails, brushed his teeth and put a cologne at the very end leaving him incredibly soft and smelling amazing. Overall great experience! I left my Shadow and I brought back a literal Shadow, because I don't know where the rest of my dog went. We brought him in on 06/14. It's now 08/13 and his hair is finally growing back and he looks like himself again! I almost was afraid it wouldn't. It was $65 for the whole package but they charged me a $20 extra for him being matted I believe? They gave him treats while he was inside. He seemed happy when I picked him up. They had him in a cage waiting with his little neck scarf. I would definitely bring him back to this location. Its nearby home and staff were friendly. Next time he's just getting a trim though I can't have a naked mole rat in my house lol.

I can't say enough good things about Debra and her grooming services. My husky/malamute, Drago, has a heavy double coat that gets seriously out of control shedding in the summer, and she did an incredible job on him -- thorough, gentle, and he came out looking (and smelling) amazing. What really stands out is how good she is at what she does, especially with dogs that get nervous or anxious during grooming. She was patient and calm with Drago the whole time, and I never felt judged or rushed. You can tell she really knows how to put dogs at ease. On top of the great grooming, she's super easy to reach, quick to respond to texts, flexible with scheduling, and her prices are more than fair for the quality of work. It's rare to find someone this good who's also this reasonable. If you have a double-coated dog or a pup that gets a little anxious, Debra is who you want. This mobile groomer is fantastic. Owner Debra is reliable, honest and very sweet with my pets. She swiftly and thoroughly trims our cat's nails. She does a wonderful job with our Shih Tzu mix. Our dog loves being with Debra and the services are excellent. Our dog is always very clean, well trimmed & stylish along with any after care instructions like brushing. Debra is dependable and communicates very well. We refer her to everyone in the Central Valley because she is honest and shows up early! She handles all customers with dignity and respect as well as her four legged clients. Her prices are very fair since she comes to your home and doesn't use your electricity or water. Deborah has been an absolute godsend as my Bichon Frise's groomer. As a mobile groomer, she brings convenience and top-notch service right to our doorstep. My 16-year-old dog is incredibly spoiled and detests grooming, but Deborah's patience and gentle approach is much appreciated. One memorable instance that truly showcased Deborah's expertise was when my dog couldn't put weight on his right paw. I had taken him to the vet and spent a considerable amount without finding a solution. Deborah, during her grooming session, discovered a Foxtail lodged between his paw. Everything went well. Debra is an amazing dog groomer. She is fantastic with both of my Akita's. She takes her time and makes sure they are comfortable before she starts grooming them. Oni my male absolutely loves Debra. My female , Kaiya has very bad separation anxiety and Debra gets down on the ground and gives her loves and talks to her which relaxes her. Then she jumps up in the van without hesitating. Even the groomer at my vets office wasn't able to groom her. She does amazing with baths, then blows out their coats really really well and they come back smelling so good and feel so soft. I won't even consider using anyone else. I was looking for a good and friendly mobile pet groomer and I was referred to C&D paws on the go by a friend . I called the number and Debra the owner answered and was very friendly and nice. She was able to answer all my questions I had ,also she was able to book my doddle the next day with a affordable price ! I love the fact that they come to my location and my dog was comfortable and welcome on board. I would totally recommend C&D paws on the go to other people looking for an amazing mobile pet groomer! It has been a week since my two yorkies and shih tzu/yorkie had their haircuts and I am still so pleased with their cuts. With warmer weather and two of my pups prone to matting, I asked that they be cut short, while having their faces with a little more hair to show off their personality. All three were perfect. Highly recommend this mobile grooming service! Started out great by arriving on time, then doing an excellent grooming job on my sometimes grumpy little old lady dog. Styled as I requested, fast (about an hour) for full grooming including haircut and bath. Was charged price quoted when I made the appointment. Will definitely use again. The whole process was smooth. From my initial inquiry to completing the appointment, they were so…read moreprofessional. I was able to get an appointment and they were even able to come earlier on the day of the appointment which was amazing! I wasn't home so my brother was able to take my little Sophia out and I was able to watch from my cameras. Sophia is very anxious whenever we take her to the groomers which is why we were giving mobile grooming a shot. Hands down the best experience because Sophia was able to look out the window and see our home and my brother in the garage. This was one of the BEST cuts she's gotten. We have decided to continue with mobile grooming with Dirty Paws indefinitely! Looking forward to our next appointment!

I absolutely love Lorie! Not a puppy jail place. The dogs get to roam free and play. My puppies…read morelove coming. No stress. I took my 90 lb pup to get a bath and nails trimmed. My Fannie was not super excited about getting in the tub. Lorie took her time with Fannie and let her get used to the environment, did her nails and wiped her down and brushed her. I took her back 2 weeks later and Fannie still wasn't interested in getting in the bath tub, instead of forcing her, Lorie washed her by hand outside the bath. Fannie soaked it all up, of course. She doesn't rush the puppies and that is a bonus for your pup.
