I remind them every time how old he his and every time I bring him home he can barely walk if he can at all. It's frustrating because this doesn't happen when I leave him at our vet Jules. And it doesn't happen when I give him a bath myself using a hose. I take him to to groomer thinking I'm spoiling him like the spa. Not a torture chamber for four hours. I'm talking can't walk from the car to the house needs to be carried. And even after he's home an entire night of crawling around because his hind legs can support him. Really dissapointing. It seems all the workers are yound and dont give a damn. But either way if you can't service senior dogs without making them bedridden for a day decline the job.

This place won hands down. They are friendly and make sure to send a text reminder a day or so before the appointment. They also text you when the pooch has finished being pampered. For a dog groomer, it's pretty clean. The dogs all seem well cared for. Knox always comes home handsome and smelling amazing. I like their holiday spa specials. $12 bucks for several extras including teeth care and nail trim/file. We have to take Knox, because of his breed, every month or so. A full groom runs us about $75. It's not cheap but it's worth it considering the less competent places aren't much less expensive.
