This company should not be operating tow trucks on public roads. One of their drivers aggressively cut me off, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. This was reckless, unsafe, and could have easily caused a serious accident or worse. Tow trucks are heavy commercial vehicles -- there is zero excuse for this kind of driving. When I confronted the driver, he flat-out told me that the owner does not care and "won't fire him." Let that sink in. That statement alone shows a complete lack of accountability, supervision, and concern for public safety. It strongly suggests this behavior is known and tolerated. This isn't just "bad customer service" -- this is dangerous conduct and an apparent company culture that dismisses it. If this driver is comfortable saying that out loud, it raises serious concerns about how this business is run. I will be formally filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and DOT/FMCSA safety authorities so there is an official record of this company's behavior. Thia Company is absolutely rude , not on time and horrible customer service . I went through my AAA roadside assistance and was told to be at the tow yard to meet my driver to pick up my car and they did not show. I called and they gave me another eta at 4:33am . then I called again and got another eta for 5:15am , then still not driver and I called the actual company and spoke to a guy at 5:21 am on December 21st 2025 ( for owner purposes) that was rude and stated I had to wait an additional 45 mins for a driver. mind you that I am outside of the tow yard and was on time for the first time given to meet the Cand D tow truck driver. its in the middle of nowhere and it's early in the morning waiting for our driver is unacceptable. this company should not be in business if o can not meet the demand nor if they continue to hire men like the one o spoke to. the customer service is ab terrible and they are not on time at all. never use this company for your towing needs . read more

C & D Towing arrived on time a little after 7am. The driver (did not get his name) was very careful loading my Sienna onto the flatbed tow truck. He was very knowledgable and took pride in his company and his level of service he provides to customers. I was glad to see he did not rush to get the Sienna loaded onto his truck, rather he took his time and kept checking all angles so as not to scratch my paint or damage the undercarriage. Also, I was towed 34 miles to Temecula Valley Lexus and the driver drove safely, never speeding or changing lanes needlessly. Unreliable and unprofessional experience. My car insurance is contracted with them. They never showed up and we had to contact another company and wait another hour costing me money while the auto shop is waiting for my car. Do not trust this company. I am not sure why companies contract with them when they don't even show up. Do they care about bad reviews? It is currently 112% outside . My van broke down, C&D towing sent a truck with zero AC. Inside the tow truck it is registering 115 degrees, the gps is going on and out intermittently. The driver looks super stressed out, drenched in sweat and dehydrated.... He apologized but I understand he does not own the truck. I called the office and Susan told me well sir we are not Uber..... I am going to reach out to AAA to notify them what type of company they are allowing to pick members up. I will also be reaching out to the state regarding labor laws and consumer laws. Just had a tow service with C&D through AAA. What an all around great experience. The driver was very cool, polite,knew what he was doing and even called me 20 minutes before he arrived. I usually have great experiences with towing companies but this time specifically was beyond disappointing. I called for assistance with a engine issues, and the driver (joe) who arrived was unprofessional and rude from the start. he showed up late, barely communicated, and when he did, his tone was condescending and downright disrespectful. Worse, he seemed annoyed that I needed help, he even muttered under his breath. "you could've fixed this shit on your own" (WTF??) making an already stressful situation much worse. The quality of service was completely unacceptable. I expect professionalism and empathy from a company like this but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. Hopefully, they address this kind of behavior in the future because this is not the level of service members should expect. this service doesn't respect or value their customers, and i can tell by the way they treated me and my boyfriend that this isn't the first time this has occurred. i don't recommend choosing this company even if their prices work for you. read more

(Joe the driver ) What a terrible experience, I called AAA for my son who is on my account and has his own card. When the driver called to get location, he already had an aggressive tone asking me if I was going to be there, which I told him I was calling for my son who is on the account, he immediately said oh this won't be covered I'm going to cancel the call. Again I stated he has his own card and he's on my account, I was only calling because his phone was dying. He said well he better have his Id when I get there. Wtf. So I had my son call me so I can hear him on speaker although his phone was dying, because now I'm fearful of the drivers aggression. He gets there and says get off the phone and where's your id and AAA card, I immediately told my son do not hang up. He snatched his license out of his hand and went to make a call, he tells whoever is on the other line, " I knew this call would be some bullshit" not realizing im still on the phone with my son. He verified that my son was on the account, and starts telling him to help him put the car on the flat bed, he was yelling at him to put the car in neutral, which it wouldn't go so he yells don't you know what your doing, again forgetting im on the phone. My son tells him look it's not my job to put the car on the flatbed, I was helping you. So I had my husband drive to where my son was out because now I'm really upset and worried. He kept telling my son to get off the phone. Absolutely not I don't trust you. Well soon as my husband got there his tone changed, and he acted like nothing happened. What he doesn't know is the car has dash cam and was recording everything so I will be filoa formal complaint with the company and with AAA.
