I just got my air ducts and vents cleaned for the first time and I can already feel the difference only after a few hours! I can't wait to wake up tomorrow without a stuffy nose. This service was worth every penny. Eli took his time to show me how to maintain the air ducts and vents cleaned for longer. I still get my carpet cleaned with C&E. I recently moved into a house and I have a lot more carpet and rugs to maintain. I had a lot of tough stains on the carpet in the master bedroom but Eli was able to make the carpet look brand new. I wish I had more before/after pictures to post. Their work is immaculate. Cheryl's costumer service is excellent. She responds very quickly to inquiries and has a great attitude. I was desperate to get rid of pet stains on my carpet in a well-trafficked lift area and a couple in my brand new rug. Took a chance on C&E based on user reviews and Eli was so responsive. We had a big stain on our carpet from a previous tenant that i think they made worse when trying to use a carpet cleaner to clean. I found out about C&E by searching yelp and I saw their rating and all of the positive comments they received from customers. Even with all of that I had speculations that maybe they weren't as good as their yelp review suggested. I called and received a quote and I couldn't believe how fair their prices were compared to competitors, that made me think even more maybe they weren't going to do a good job because they had the best quote. That made me have more questions and Cheryl answered each one when I called with them and reassured me that they did fair, honest, quality work. My home is 4800 sq ft so I knew it would be a tall task and would take a while to clean every carpet and vent in the home. Eli & Alex showed up promptly and from the start the were very professional. Incredible and honorable service! I got home on a Sunday night to find a leak and soaking wet/seemingly destroyed rug. The owner Cheryl answered the phone that night and lined up one of her staff members to come at 9 am the next morning.They quoted me $129. It ended up taking close to 20 hours of manpower to complete this project yet C&E honored their price, left fans with me overnight, sent staff back to continue working a second day, and offered to find another company to complete the rug if they were not able to. Her staff - Eli (in particular) and Christian - were great guys and committed to cleaning the rug to my satisfaction. To clarify - the rug is still drying from the last cycle of deodorizer so I cannot yet comment on how effective their work was in terms of both stains and smell but rarely am I so impressed with a company honoring their commitment with such integrity! read more

This company is next level! Called them during some Yelp research to check pricing and expectations. Cheryl provided the best correspondence and was very transparent about what they could and possibly could not do as far as cleaning my couch! She kept in constant contact with me through the whole process; even advising me on possible insurance requirements and their ability to provide service at my new high rise apartment. Trust me when I tell you I'm not bragging... This was just a very new experience and important information that I had no idea about. Eli was literally sniffing the couch to make sure that the cat scent was gone. It was well worth the money spent to get my sectional couch professionally cleaned, versus renting a steam cleaner from the local grocery store. C&E Carpets and Vents is the only one I would recommend. Whoever you use, don't fall for the $59 special. There is no such thing. They will either up-sell you when they open your vent or they will guilt you into spending a fortune. They will quote an outrageous price and when you complain about it, they will say "What is your life worth?" Just ask for Cheryl at C&E and hope she sends Eli out to do the work. I could tell our dryer wasn't drying efficiently despite the fact that it was only 5 months old. Then, we blew a fuse in the dryer. After two visits from the repair man, I decided to take additional precaution and called C&E. They came the same day. I'd never had my vents cleaned in the 13 years I'd been in our house. (Just a tip I've subsequently learned the hard way: do it every 5-6 years, folks. Oops.) I was totally impressed by the dryer vent cleaning service done by C&E Carpets and Vent this afternoon (in fact, the service guy just left 5 minutes ago). I have a severely clogged dryer vent/duct, as a result my dryer could not dry the clothes properly. I called C&E and Cheryl was courteous and prompt in setting up my appointment (the same afternoon). The service person, Eli, arrived on time and went right to work. Eli "thoroughly" cleaned out entire dryer duct from the inside to the outside of the house (which was about 25 ft long). I was shocked by how much junk Eli was able to clean out (it filled half of a large trash bag). I was utterly impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the friendliness of the service I received today. I will call them again for my air duct cleaning in the near future. These guys were FANTASTIC. They came out to do an air duct cleaning, a carpet cleaning, and a dryer vent cleaning, and they delivered excellent results for all three. The two gentlemen that came to the house were very prompt and ready to get to work right when they arrived. They took great care in covering the clothes in my closets, my television, my bed, etc. with sheets when doing the air duct cleaning so that no dust would settle on any of those items. They really did a fantastic job cleaning out every vent and duct. They also did a great job with the dryer vent. I have two dogs that shed a lot, and they pulled a lot of dog hair out of the vent. And finally the carpets were the show stopper. They got stains out of the carpet that I did not think would ever come out. I have had another service come to clean the carpets before and they weren't able to do much. Somehow C&E worked magic and made the carpets look better than they did the day I moved in. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. My appointment was between the hours of 12-2 pm. At 1:21 pm I called C&E to REconfirm my appointment. The owner called me back at 1:49 pm and told me that the carpet cleaner would arrive in 25 minutes. At 2:48 pm I called the owner back because the carpet cleaner was not here yet.... Mind you I let the owner know when I booked my appointment that I'm moving out the day of his arrival and need to be out by 4:50 pm at the latest. The carpet cleaner finally shows up minutes later and throws a fit that he has to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I told him, I let the owner know when I booked my appointment that I was on the 3rd floor. By chance are we going to be done by 4:50 pm? He walked inside and said there was NO way that he could do this and headed for the door. I called the owner and explained the situation and she said "let me call him". She called him, he answered, mouthed off to her and hung up. I walked downstairs to notify my complex that I would be moving out at 5pm to accommodate C&E and by the time I came back, the carpet cleaner gave my SIXTY-TWO year old mother (who was apologizing for the confusion) the middle finger and left. Now, I'm stuck with NO cleaned carpets. The icing on the cake is that the owner told me that he wouldn't know how to give the middle finger because he's a foreigner. She also told me to not to feel unsafe because he's been cleared by "homeland security". Don't use these people. They are horrible. read more
