Our tow truck, Aloha towing, (great experience but they don't have a yelp) dropped off my vehicle there. The next morning Dylan called me and let me know they would not have time to do the diagnostic that day but would try. They weren't able to but did get it taken care of early the next day and called me around 9:00 am. Total engine replacement!!!! Say it ain't so! However, Dylan went on to tell me that he had several customers take their Hyundai back to the dealer where it was covered under an extended warranty and gave me the information I would need to take it up with them. What a roller coaster. Luckily, I was still covered under the warranty, and it is in the dealers' hands now. Pray for me! I spent hours researching and learning the complexities, calling radio repair, discussing with the dealer, etc. No one could help and no one got back to me, I was told it would be almost impossible to replace and extremely expensive to fix................ That is until I took it to Sean at North Bay Bavarian. He had my car for the day and was able to get it back on FM (which no one else could) as well as give us an option to replace it. For the little driving we do, we opted for the less expensive option, happy to just get FM back, but how wonderful to have a choice! My son has a BMW and had been told by his BMW obessed friend North Bay Bavarian is THE place to go. I couldn't agree more. This shop knows what they are doing, so, less money and time is spent.
