When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

Well, they have the tools and knowledge to do a "the car looks almost as good as new" job. Terrell and his assistant were prompt, cordial, efficient and easy to work with. Three hours for the job and while certainly not inexpensive, it is the going rate for this kind of work so you can't begrudge that. My daughter's husband is noodling having his car done. Only thin they could not completely remove was some tree sap.

I scheduled a full interior detail after an emergency situation involving a sick passenger. Before my appointment, I cleaned the majority of the affected area myself to make the job easier. When I arrived, I was assured they would take care of the interior and fully address the remaining issue for an additional charge, which I agreed to. After three hours, I returned to what can only be described as a completely untouched vehicle. The interior looked nearly identical to when I dropped it off. When I raised concerns, instead of accountability, I was blamed for "making them stay late" and for supposedly scheduling last minute, despite booking hours in advance and picking up my car two hours before closing. I gave them another opportunity to correct their mistake. The second visit resulted in minimal improvement, and new problems. My cup holder was damaged. Wiring inside my vehicle had been disturbed. When confronted, I was told they "ran out of time" - even though my car had been dropped off at opening (10:00 AM). Against my better judgment, I returned a third time. They kept my vehicle for two full days. While it was returned in better condition than before, it was still far from professionally detailed. Large areas were clearly ignored: under the seats, sections of the dashboard, parts of the seats, and the steering wheel. The job was incomplete and careless. Three visits. Multiple excuses. Physical damage to my vehicle. And a final result that did not reflect the service promised or paid for. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have had. The windows tint came out perfect and as for the paint touch up people really need to understand that only so much can be achieved with a touch up job and even when it comes out really good it is rarely showroom perfect even when companies do their best with what they have to work with, so the choice is simple,you either spend 6 grand or more for a new paint job or a couple of hundred for a decent touch up job. He took it to All Around Auto and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was clear we'd have to rent him a car to drive home in and leave mine there as parts needed to be ordered and our vehicle was not first in line (they of course had other customers!). It took a week to get the parts and then a day to install the new fuel line. They were communicative and helpful thru the entire experience. It was an expensive fix, but it felt fair for all they had to do to fix the issue. Pro tip: pay in cash so you don't have to pay the credit card use fees.

I found their website and the deals offered on the website are what convinced me to get my car washed at Santa Rosa ProWash. The manager's special online caught my eye but when I got to the car wash, they said that they didn't offer that anymore (same thing they said to me years ago). It seems that bait and switch is their general MO I ended up getting a full service car wash because I wanted them to clean both the interior and exterior. Surprisingly they did a great job on the interior but the exterior could use another wash already! I didn't have the time or the patience to ask them to run it through again, so I just let it be. My car exterior is mostly clean... I tipped the fellow who cleaned my interior, and that was it. Now I've been here twice over several years and I need to just stick with my regular spot in Rohnert Park. You know the saying, fool me once... They do a good enough job, but for the $45/$50 with tip I paid, and the results I got, I should've gone elsewhere.
