I took my wife's 23 X3 M40i to get a new set of tires. Matt helped me out and the tires were installed same day. Tires and alignment were great. When we got home I began to wash the car and noticed some mounting/dismounting wheel damage on one wheel. I checked them all and one had what I would consider significant damage and the others had some damage that could be seen. The wheels are painted black so any small scratch or ding is noticeable since once the pain is gone the wheel is a different color beneath the paint. We were a bit upset about this since we really take care of the car and make sure not to curb rash the wheels. Next morning we drove the car back and I talked to Matt about it. I showed him and he immediately offered to make it right. We dropped off the car again and they sent out all 4 wheels to get repaired. We picked up the car and all was good. Mistakes happen and I completely understand that. How you right a wrong is what really matters. Matt handled the issue right away and made it right. That is good service. He even offered a free oil change on the car. Pretty darn satisfied with our visit. read more

When my center support bearing failed, I knew the car wasn't worth putting another $1-2k into, so I decided to handle the repair on my own. First time customer visiting and using North Bay Bavarian as my shop for my 2022 M340i. I scheduled an alignment online using there website which easy to do, and was confirmed within 1 day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Upon inspection, the experienced tech asked for my feedback on what sort of adjustments and driving I was expected to do and want out of the alignment. What a find. BMW maintenance time. It was time to service my BMW "and"- I also needed another quote on the iDrive screen (occasionally freezes). While the screen is not a consistent issue -it is something I will have to fix soon. I sent out a Yelp quote request and Bovarian reached out ASAP. Bavarian offered to take a look at my iDrive screen as well as maintenance my car the next day. Cost: well under the BMW cost of a regular maintenance visit and they provided a thorough explanation of what was going on with my iDrive (something BMW could not provide). They were able to stabilize the iDrive but agreed it will soon have to be replaced and that they would certainly offer the best cost. I appreciated the value of diligent BMW service and the BMW maintenance Bavarian provided! After my initial visit-North Bay Bavarian certainly provides a one-stop shop for all my BMW Inspection Maintenance needs. I will be back. I have always found the team at North Bay Bavarian to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my 2014 328d towed to their shop with a "transmission malfunction" error. Although they couldn't get to it right away (hey, good shops are busy), they were able to run a diagnostic on my car in less than 24 hours to determine the root cause. In this case, the high pressure fuel pump had died, which was only covered under warranty from the dealer. That's a professional shop: doing what's right for the customer; even if it means recommending dealer service as in this case. BTW, I have had service performed on my car previously by NBB, and I was very satisfied with their work. read more
